I started this drama with little to no expectations because of some negative comments that I read from many different sites.. Honestly, I only wanted to watch this because of Choi Sooyoung.. I was a little bit surprised seeing her character here turn a complete 180 degrees from her character in Run On.. I am soooo in love with her, regardless..
As per the story, I wouldn’t say that it was superb but it was not half bad, IMHO.. It’s entertaining to watch and aren’t we watching romcoms to be entertained?? It does its job in that regard. Often times, I find myself chuckling, if not laughing, at many of the scenes..
A solid 5/7 for me (if you know what I mean **wink**
That scene where Seo Dan Ah's eyes were just starting to fill up with tears, she was sooooooooooo beautiful!!!! And her character development, for me, was really satisfying.
One of the most satisfying ending I've ever seen.. I like how they showcase the growth of almost every character, not just the leads. It was also soooo light and warm and fuzzy and funny and sad and. . . it's a roller coaster of emotions in one last episode.. It's one proof that you don't need complicated plot twists or overly dramatic scenes to make a great drama..
Salute to all the casts, writers, producers and all the staffs that made this great series!!!!!!
I know that we've been speculating the YH bestfriend to be gay for quite some time now.. But seeing that he actually admitted it still makes me go 'wooooooaaaaah'..
They could easily make this a 10-season series or more like american sitcoms The Big Bang Theory and Friends, AND I WILL STILL LOVE IT!!!!!!! I can't believe we are down to only 2 episodes now.. TT_TT
I am a bit conflicted now about wednesdays and thursdays.. On one hand, I am soooo looking forward to it because it means that new episodes of Run On will be added. On the other hand, it also means we are 2 episodes closer to it ending. Now I think I can relate to Dan Ah, having something I want that I know would be taken away from me.. TT_TT
Just 6 more episodes. . . I can't believe this drama would soon end.. What am I supposed to then?? I guess I'll just rewatch the whole thing again and again.. ?
I was enjoying this drama until Jesus name was used as an exclamation. They also paint the father as a hypocritical,…
It had been so with almost all of western Series/Movies. I am guessing this is somehow what the creators would like to do.. Break the barrier between western/eastern takes on sensitive matters like sexuality, feminism and religion.
Am I the only one who shed tears during Dan-Ah/Tae Woong scene at the parking lot?? Oh well, I guess I really am a cry baby like Young Hwa.. I am hoping they reconcile and the beat the crap out of their older brother.. But Dan-Ah could probably do it herself. hahaha
Honestly, I only started watching this drama because of Sooyoung (I am an avid SNSD fan) and nothing else. I just really want to see her acting. But then, the more I watch it, the more I get hooked to most of the characters, may it be lead or support. Just like many had commented already, this is a bit 'slow-paced'. I haven't really noticed any build up on the main plot, if there's any at all, BUT, I couldn't stop watching it. Maybe because of its eccentric yet oddly funny dialogues (even for the support roles), the unconventional interaction between the 2ML, the even MORE unconventional interaction between the 2FL, how all the leads have their own uniquely weird personalities and all are visually pleasing, the way this drama tackles some serious social issues lightly (you can see the gravity of said issues but it won't feel draggy on the viewers' end) and many more. All these made the series hilarious and so fun to watch. I am so looking forward for the next episodes.

You might find some comments saying that she should have a duet with the ML. . . that’s one of the reasons why..
