After a long i started watching the drama again,apart from justifying who is the main lead (most toxic fans of hjp) ,dont want to argue with them.
I see that people bashing nam do san for his selfishness but i observed that (in the end of 13th ep and beginning of 14 th ep) nam do san saves her from the attack and she thanked him and they have a perfect talk but after nam do san argue with hjp in the lift he tried calling her and she just switch off the phone, i mean how selfish can you become? He just saved you and after 1 hr you forget him, Just pick up the phone and then decide.

I understand the drama represents dystopian korean society but a highly influential people is mudered and is framed as suicide ,is there no such thing as autopsy?

Lets talk about cheating dramas in korea japan and hollywood

Ml cheats -he is a cheater and fl gets revenge.All talk about morale and none talk about why he cheated because according to you people men are dogs.men only care about sex.

Fl cheats-she is just expresing love,his husband doesnt satisfy her,every one praises for being taken the bold step,people morale makes suicide. female carving for sex is normal because its natural but men cant.

Glad to see you have same views as me,i guess its not the drama but as a broader view in k drama gender equality is a myth,people are always biased toward fl,this becomes more evident in cheating dramas.

Japan once again you proved why your porn industry is more succesful than your drama industry.

In this drama ml cheating his wife was ok ,in love ft marriage and divorce not ok

Fl is an epitome of female empowerment where as in love ft mistress are bad characters

1-lee min ho playing the role of rich brat in this or bof -yuck how arrogant and egoistic he is ,how can he kiss the girl first ,he is a womaniser ,etc
2-others playing rich character(2nd ml in the heirs) he bullies the girl yet he is not a bully ,he should get the girl and people are getting sls.

Fl in IOTNTBK FL Plays rich brat character-wow how wondefully she acted,she is a real badass,she is the idol how a fl shold be,she is a rich kid ofcourse she has to be toxic

The guy in DAYS -first kisses girl without his consent yet he suits the girl because their chemistry is amazing.

Idk many people have personal grudges on lee min ho so they nitpick his character and when it comes to other just ignore theirs.

Personally iam not a fan of lee min ho.

Exactly,glad that someone has the same thought about the dramas as me.But sad to know that huge difference in ratings of both the dramas and IONTNBO is one of the greatest dramas of korea shows that the so called intellects of mdl are actually full of double standard hypocrites.

People are saying this drama is overhyped and overrated,where as this drama is the stepping stone into k drama for many of us.Many people are bashing the character of junpyo due to arrogance and egoistic same people are praising the fl in its ok not to okay for being badass.

Irony is that ko moon young character as fl is praised where as jun pyo in boys over flowers is egoistic and ignorant ,people want 2nd ml should get the girl in boys over flowers but 2nd fl shouldnt get the boy in this. Holy crap I didnt knew that k drama audience are so hypocrites.

Absolutely agree with your opinion But I have a question the so called famous drama love affairs in the afternoon or hirugao the ml cheats on his wife for the fl,do you consider fl as mistress and sympathise with the wife of ml to take revenge?

Exactly i agree with your opinion,but the two scenarios you have mentioned the people perception is-
1)Ml cheats - he is a cheater,just carving for sex,no less than a dog,no one even try to think he cheated,every one just wants he shouldnt get happiness and it becomes a revenge drama
2)Fl cheats - see if she is a housewife,husband couldnt satisfy her desires,husband is a mammas boy,every one justifies the 5% reason why she cheated and forgots 95% reason why she shouldnt cheat,At last she should be happy and listen to her inner feeling thats all.


If you analyse the last 20 to 30 years in all over the world this trend continues even today.

The so called intelectuals of mdl moral value comes to existence if one gender cheats,and fades away when the other cheat under the tagline"drama should be treated as drama"

I have no objection to you as a feminist,but instead of bias,all should wore a glass of neutral point of view.And my complain is specific about the drama world not real world.

This kind of dramas instead of strengthening females does exactly opposite as there occurs polarisation of viewers,contributing to many divorces as you can see of many high profile persons.

To all the femnazis,a netflix series called sexlife is trending where a female lead cheating is justified because she cant control her desires.Looking series like this sometimes i wander in the movie world do gender equality exists?why are we so nitpicking about one gender but blind about actions of other,just because they were opressed in the past.

I also feel the same,I never supported infidelity be it any gender but from the recent experience of k /j dramas I can tell that if the ml acts like hye ryung and fl cheats most people would have supported cheating.Thats the cruel reality about infidelity in the name of love,depression,gender,etc.Thats why i cant sympathise with the 30s fl.But the 40s and 50s cheaters are wrong and should be punished.

Can some one tell what is the diffrence between these cheating husbands and the Main lead in hirugao/love affairs in the afternoon.Both were cheaters, can we call the fl in hirugao a mistress? Can we sympathise with the wife of the ml if she wants to take revenge?
Answer is we are all hypocrites.

I am not specifically talking about this drama,but as a whole of the k dramas in the recent years,what i have observed in this type is that the audience is devided into two groups and there is fight btn the two groups which one of the ml is going to win as if some sort of trophy,naturally it draws more audience as people are anxious as if their team won or not(i mean get the girl).So even if its storyline is poor and direction is bad more people view it and thats the reason k drama writers exploit this oppertunity.

I have not watched the drama but the way korean writers now a days put love triangle in almost every drama is very disgusting,it seems as if the fl is an object and there is a banter about who wins it.This formula is intresting at first,but excess of anything is bad.If this trend continues i am sure k drama will loose most of its forreign viewers in the upcoming years.
