You can watch part of those scenes at the end of the movie, during the credits.... Thou they are not complete, you can watch them on YouTube as "your name angraved herein unseen scenes", there you will even find some scenes that were mentioned somehow on the real movie cut, but not shown, you can even see more of Birdy's perspective when trying to approach A-Han. Hope that helps.
