I think nostalgic youth is done very well. Aka set in the past the reply series, 2521 i liked at first but then ended up hating it, playful kiss is a good classic don't know if I would enjoy it as much now but a solid first watch, weightlifting was more of a college sport theme and is one the best out there loved it, some cdramas are childish the good ones are solid I like that it's an innocent love coming of age type.

I really don't think k dramas do justice to youth dramas. They always come out so bad and dark. They can learn from cdramas coming of age. Also didn't appreciate the water see through shirt scene. Then I saw it was done by Disney and I was like yeah that's why

Also I am embarrassed that for a split second I shipped her with that inwoo guy. Does he not know about protection and the fact that he was going to tell her after the wedding so she would have to accept it. What a trash man. And here an unpopular opinion i don't believe in the redemption arc for the chef. Realistically speaking no douchbag that says women are a commodity and brags about it is gonna have a 180 and actually treat women with respect I don't believe it. Ps thank God I didn't read the comment prior to starting this drama, it would have affected my love for the drama. Note never read the comments 😅

I am at ep 5 laughing at the mess that is Qin shi's house, I am not even living in there but I got a huge sadisfaction when it got clean. Didn't know that clean houses are a soothing thing xD also their visuals! Probably the best looking two people, yangmi with the glass look is so adorable and can we talk about her healthy long hair that cascades on her shoulders 😍. I also love when yang Hua goes to his parents and talks with his mom, they have one of the most bizarre power struggles between parent and child I have seen 😂 yang Hua resolving the finance papers tho was so cool. How can he be a meek cool person like that. Didn't know yangmi has another (this one decent) brother, the first one is a pest. Li dai is not quite a villain so I don't know how to feel about her. I am in love with this drama. It's going on my re-watch dramas already 😍😍😍

Yeah just previous ones. K dramas don't seem to pull them quite right most of the time. Let's hope this will be the first good one. Cast seem solid so
