I loved loved ep 10 so much well except the first part with the romance. Queen is such a compassionate and strong woman, I am a huge fan. One scene stuck with me the one with courtesan where she tells her, her son is not to be trusted and then her and gye prince.
A lot of people are intimidated by this drama but I promise it's such a gem!! Give it a try

It was not unrealistic for woman to marry at 18 he is said to be marrying later than he should, couldn't they make it the same for her?? No?? You really think normal people would find it weird? I absolutely love the pairing they are the same age irl but in the drama, I was watching it with the premise they were both close in age a wholesome romance not the grooming bs this is that surprised me at ep 24/25 don't remember. Characters are not actors real age. I think Hollywood is the most disgusting thing on earth and have all of it blocked so no clue if they do this. Anyway a bad thing doesn't justify another bad thing

If life span was so much shorter (also bs cause coming of age is supposed to be around 16,17) then make all the casts minor. For example i didn't mind her with the 1st guy, they were both childlike and minors tho he was probably slightly older than her. I said it once it will not take an ounce of realism if the characters are 18+ no one would question it, what 18 yr old didn't marry in ancient China?? Well put realism in characters looks then most ancient Chinese women had a chubby appearance or at least not the stick standards for c actresses. But sure let's pick and choose which realistic part we conviniently want. In ancient China some of the wealthiest old women would buy minors toy boys I bet you would have a problem with that type of realism. So pls let's not use that lame excuse for grooming. Look at kdrama historicals they are mostly adults and no one bat's an eye. I don't need a 15 yr old romance with an adult 🙄
