Why would you said that IU won't be able to pull the same performance as ktr, and agree ktr can do the same. I don't know about you, but IU have truly improve and not just some newbie idol actress that just encounter her 1st famous drama. She won't get that 3rd nomination on ba of shes not legit. Just the "Kim Taeri can do IU role in WLGYT but IU cannot do Kim Taeri role in The Star is Born" comment alone, is already undermining her talent, if you don't she the negative tone on it than that's on you.

That comment is literally undermining IU talent, she's not some newbie guys, she's already in this industry since 2010-2011, and already got recognition for her acting since my mister. When she got nomination for my mister, they said she's too young to get the ba awards, but now they said she's not as good as ktr. It's just hard to be the number 1 singer in Korea, because the standard would be the highest of all for IU. And we understand this when she got 3x nomination for ba. And 1 for nba film (she's even got on final discussion for ba on cannes, but not winning on Baeksang). The joke is the chance for IU to win an international award for acting is higher than a national award from her home country. Okay ktr deserve it , but we all just ask for you to not undermining IU talent as an actress by saying bulls*it like that. Btw itu is the final nominees for Daesang with kws and CCW, CCW winning 3/8 not even half. The awards should just go to wlgyt since two of them, IU and kws got to final round.

It's because he's supposed to be just a SPECIAL appearance/guest role not support role. Diferent from the brother who is clearly support role. You should be satisfied that he got all the screentime tbh. Actually that's one of the flaw in this drama, they could minimize his sc, because the focus is not on him.
