I thought it only mentioned his ex boyfriend cuz I don’t remember him really having a love line with anyone. But maybe I was just focused on the main couple.

He’s gay in the story and his family wants him to get married which is why he needs a contractual marriage and she needs the money so she accepts it.

He wasn’t really the main point but more of a sub plot. The attention was mainly around the leads but I don’t think they did his character dirty. I read the webtoon and I don’t remember anything weird happening to him.

I’m so excited for her role! I think she’s been in a rom com before but i didn’t watch it. She’s such a good actress but so underrated. I’m hoping this drama opens doors for her to get more roles.

Heavy on Xiaozhan. My dream couple used to be Dilraba and Yangyang acting together but that already happened. I feel like Dilraba and Xiaozhan are at the peak of their career so I’m still hoping for them to lead a drama together!

I’m guessing cuz he’s an idol? Idols often do get more support than rookie actors. She’s also an idol too so their fans probably just root for their biases.

I know what you mean. I was rooting for Song Weilong and Lu Yu Xiao. Song weilong just suits the role like it feels like it was made for him and I enjoyed Lu Yu Xiao in Time and him are just right. I do like the rumored 2nd lead couple tho Zhang Miaoyi (from WIFTY) and Zhai Xiaowen (Falling into your smile)). The 2nd lead couple (if it’s true) will def be the couple I’m rooting for!

It’s prob cuz of the singles inferno reunion that all the members recently had. They showed it on their instas and hyeseon + wonik had some moments together.

I've been thinking about that too. Gwanhee + Hajeong couple is the one I’m least interested about. I want to see more of Minkyu + Gyuri couple after their moments in the helicopter! I’m really hoping for moments of the others instead of Gwanhee.

There’s a lot of shows like that tho. There was transit love, divorced singles, etc. Some of the couples are even together til this day.

I can’t seem to enjoy his drama and I’m a fan of Xing Fei. I just feel like he often does similar characters and his acting is pretty stiff…. I might even root for the 2nd ml in this one😭

Idky but maybe it’s because I actually read the manhwa that I don’t enjoy the main couple as much as the second. I just didn’t really feel chemistry between them compared to the second leads. I’m rewatching it again for Seol inah since I saw twinkling watermelon. I’m also saying this as a person who enjoyed Sejeong’s other dramas like school 2017.

I just noticed that Naeun and Minho are acting together and Naeun & Taemin used to act as married couple in WGM… I miss taeun couple😭

I true believe that song weilong is the most suitable for this role. The vibes of the ml in this drama is different from Hidden Love. He seems more calm and mature in this one.

I really hope the rumor is true! She’s such a talented actress who deserves more recognition.
