First of all what's the point on showing who Minchae's father is, if it isn't BYJ. Second, this drama from the start is from NHD's POV (and some of KMC's). So that's why I'm fine they didn't show BYJ's current situation. Even though it would be nice to at least know. Third, it isn't because of the LDR that they broke up, it was explained in the tunnel scene. Their perspective on the world and their relationship is different. For example meanwhile NHD wants to know all about BYJ's happiness, sadness, sorrows, etc, BYJ doesn't want her to burden herself with that stuff.

in my opinion, you should watch the rest. Even though it's sad, it was fun. We see how each of them grow as a person.

maybe just like BYJ started to change after going to NY, after breaking up with BYJ, NHD started to change too until she becomes like that because there is a lot that can happen in the span of 20 years

the moment when i saw BYJ with all the drugs and cigarettes and when he just opened the door without caring about the letters anymore, it broke my heart because it’s clear he’s starting to change and with the distance between him and NHD, i’m sure it will make their relationship problematic. If only he’s not in America but in Korea instead, they might found a way to each other again but that’s not the case. So lets see what happens next.

Thanks for your insight, i dont realize the reason for BYJ to apply in New York is because he doesnt want to show NHD that he has changed, that he has became numb after seeing so many deaths even though he said he won’t.
But for BYJ with anyone, i dont think it will happen. I think IF adult BYJ is to be shown, it will be in his office, proud of his work. But i dont really think he will be shown because the cast is no longer NJH

i'm impressed by KTR's acting skill. In episode 15 when she watches BYJ's reporting but he didn't appear, with just seeing her eye, we can know how she felt at that time.

After watching episode 15, my theory is they would have a mutual breakup with one last day as a couple. That's why we saw them hugging and hanging out at BYJ's room. Because of their breakup is a mutual one, after some time they would still support each other, that would make BYJ and NHD's interview in episode 14 make sense in a way and that's why KMC doesnt know who BYJ is. It all comes back to them meeting the right person at the wrong time.
I dont know how I should feel if it turns out like this. Am I supposed to be happy? Or am i supposed to cry my eyes out? I dont know.

i dont think they will show any scene with BYK in the future or her husband (if not BYK). I think the drama will end with either they got married and have KMC or they brokeup and adult NHD talks to KMC about how first love doesnt always last but helps you become who you are now
