I don't know medical terms. It may be a rare disorder related to trauma. It is complex. Pple on the mountain (relatives) died presumingly leaving her alone on the mountain. I think I might have missed some parts of the drama.
She was alone on the mountain but if am not mistaken when she asked the soldiers for money when she left the mountain she was with the maid. Didn't they notice something off with her. Whatever happened on the mountain she was traumatised to the extent that she hallucinate to protect herself from ⚡ danger. Is she aware of that, is she pretending or is it both. Girl is psychological scarred, like part of her brain goes on and off depending with the situation. But her not sharing it with ML might ruin the trust he has. She surely knows more of the things than ML why not share with him since they are on the same page.

I love the drama. I think I've watched it for more than ten times. The drama focuses more on friendship and the dubbing working. It made me understand more about voice actors. Characters had their own problems but the drama excluded that.
