So, TY actually doesn’t understand why he can’t pull the sword out. Just saw the subs for the previous episode which finally appeared and his monologue while standing next to the sword has him asking “What exactly is a pure heart?” He knows he’s consumed by thougts of vengeance and getting his body back but he doesn’t really understand who he needs to be to deserve the sword at this time. Which is also evidenced by his frustration when he’s trying to pull it out and being so affected by thoughts of YH with BXS (I like how TY’s POV has them looking at the each other with heart eyes or something lol!)
I love how astute YH is to TY’s feelings. The way she put herself in his shoes and thought “If I was hurt by someone I love, I would also be fearful of love” So empathetic!
The way YH collects friends wherever she goes and they’re all loyal to her and willing to go along with her plans and support her says a lot about who she is as a person. Such a lovely character. The only people she wasn’t able to convince are the elves 😂😂
Love how the little girl-elf is always the voice of logic and reason. She’s so emotionally and situationally astute 😂 Always has the upper hand over the other 2. They’re all so damn cute! 🥰 The scene where they were all asleep woth TY watching over them was so adorable!

Yes exactly! As long as the story line is concrete up until an open ending, I am happy to draw my own conclusions . But it’s the constant to and fro and then the “left to viewers discretion” endings that get to me ! It just downvotes the whole drama for me

I have the advantage of not having watched any of his previous works (just remember him from the trailer from one of his dramas I think where he’s riding a bicycle and grinning widely). Nope, he isn’t a great actor (yet!) and sometimes not even good enough (I have to interpret his expressions and body language based on the circumstances and situations and figure out what he’s trying to convey) as acting definitely doesn’t come naturally to him and you can actually ‘see’ his brain contemplating what to do in some scenes and then following through with it 😀BUT having said that, I think that is also what makes him endearing to me in his role as TY. The awkwardness and clumsiness and the intensity of wanting to do the right thing as an actor. It also helps that TY as a character is catnip to me personally as a viewer and also that he’s got some good co-stars to work with. I dread to imagine what would have happened to this drama if he was the best of the lot 🫣🫣One of those situations where the actor and character has just clicked ☺️

Yeah he seemed quite excited to show YH Dragon Valley, his home, and maybe why he wore lighter colors. YH did say that he seemed to always wear black so that’s his go-to color otherwise
