Fell in love with Mamiya-kun (joined his fan club, watched his other works, watched all the variety show episodes…
I recommend you to watch his spin-off with Sayu Kubota , their chemistry is so real and beautiful. And I’m glad he fell in love with her in the end and have his own happy ending and broke the SLS curse. 😊
On Why I Dress Up for Love Jul 1, 2021
I’m really falling in love with this drama ❤️ The visuals , the scenery , the cinematography, the characters, the OST , the dog , the script , the Instagram reference , the theme , one important note is l’m liking the heroine Kurumi , she is serious, hardworking , and sensible and behave with a common sense which is rare for this time slot. Unlike Bosskoi drama where the heroine is portrayed as some kind of Mary-sue and the script made everything go her way. Also the romance here is nice and written believably , love the dynamic between Shun and Kurumi they have deep connection and try to undo each other as the drama progress. Especially how Shun pick on Kurumi’s actions and make he realize things she never experienced before. But one thing I don’t like is the president presence because I don’t like love triangles and the third wheel always used as a plot device than a serious potential but here it’s done in a convincing and believable way that I don’t mind itand Kurumi is heroine worth to fight for. Really start to appreciate Haruna Kawaguchi after this drama since I wasn’t fans of her her before , also Ryusei is bringing something refreshing to the table with his portrayal of Shun. Also his chemistry with Haruna is 100% that I believe Shun and Kurumi belongs together.

Preferably with Tao Tsuchiya ;(
Yes I don’t mind some others if they can match him well , usually from what I have seen from his works he has better chemistry with male actors but not so much with actresses haha and Tao Tsuchiya is the best I have seen with him . But He is also good with Ikeda Elaiza , Sayu Kubota and Hana Sugisaki , they are also great options :)

The Horai siblings became stars of the show While Nami turned out a drama queen. I actually blame the writer for this. I recommend the spin-off instead since Izumi Haruka is more interesting and compassionate girl if you prefer heroine with a common sense.

I came here to make the same comment!!
Lol It’s funny that Wada Kasumi who was Izumi’s rival end up trying to help Izumi and support her to get together with Nakzawa while Nami the main good girl of the show and a friend of Izumi never bother to help Izumi or supporting her despite she knows Izumi’s feelings for Nakazawa.

Just caught up and I agree. Broke up right before the finale too. Don't think this drama needed Ryota liking Nami…
His character got boring and dull when he start to cares about the the main girl and try to interfere with Nami and Jun relationship. And his annoying cliche lines “I can’t make you cry” is so laughable than dramatic like seriously where did you come from? It’s funny how he tried to make Jun look like the bad guy whenever there is a misunderstanding, like mind your own business and relationship with Izumi and leave NamiJun alone!! The show will be much better without Nakazawa he don’t anything to the development of the story at all.

If anything, I’ll give low rating for this drama because of the romance. I find the main couple ridiculous on…
Lol Even Izumi and Rio became better characters than Nami , who are considered her rivals , they are at least considerate for others feelings , while Nami has her good moments but most of the time she is selfish and only think of herself ,Junnosuke did so much for her but he barely gets anything in return , she is the most rewarded character and blessed with good love life and work , while the other characters struggling around her and support her. For now the only thing she did good in ep 9 was she able to make up Reiko’s relationship with her father , so she has some good points but still annoying at times especially when it come to Jun.

They broke up for such a stupid reason urghh :(And seriously what is with Nakazawa coming to her at the end of…
Perhaps because of the ratings?? they want to tease the audience and make things edgy before the final episode ? Like there are other solutions where Nami and Jun can take a long distance relationship, or they can wait until the right timing, but then they need to take logics out since that’s how drama works I got turned off by Nakazawa’s appearance in the end , they make him look like an endgame after the break up but that isn’t seems the case when she has feelings For Jun , looks like he will give some comforting and encouraging words and he is not someone who take advantage of the other party weakness. Basing on the next preview looks like Reiko will take over the company so Nami and Jun will be together?? I also lost excitement for this drama especially after the forced love triangle , I just hope the final episode can make it up and be more well written.

Thank god , the love triangle has ended up smoothly in ep 7 it almost ruins Nakazawa character for me and his nonsense feelings that came out from where , I could never understand Nakazawa and Nami pair , their interaction feels so causal for me. What a waste for Nakazawa , I feel his character isn’t polished enough.

I want to dedicate this comment to Horai Junnosuke and I'll do it again once this drama finish. Here it comes,…
To be honest if Junnosuke is the second lead his character would be more popular regardless if his character is great or not , these days drama viewers start follow the trend of the second lead syndrome sadly and it become a popular culture to follow this habit.

Episode 6If Reiko-sama is above average in work, Nami-san iis definitely above average when it comes to love life.…
Though with Nakazawa it was so questionable on the writer part , I’m glad the love triangle got ended in episode 7 and didn’t drag longer, I hope to see him now falling in love with Izumi instead since there is the spin-off. And I agree with Reiko!! She is such a badass business woman!!!

Exactly what a waste of great development in the spin-off and the fact Shotaro have better on-screen chemistry…
Yes it make no sense , it’s like he falls on a random girl he barely knows and the fact there is no chemistry
On Oh My Boss! Love Not Included Feb 19, 2021
I’m liking Junnosuke character more while Nakazawa is getting annoying , I don’t find it cute that he interfere between the main love affairs problems. In ep 6. What worse I see people still calling second lead syndrome . The writer ruins him for me by pulling off the SLS .I hope he got resolved in episode 7 and the whole triangle mess end in in ep 8, it’s ironic I watch this for Shotaro Mamiya but his character is the worst here .

The first episodes were so good and I was loving it but now that I know Shotaro may be in love with Nami it ruined…
Exactly what a waste of great development in the spin-off and the fact Shotaro have better on-screen chemistry with Sayu than the female lead , Izumi have lovable traits she is hardworking, funny and reliable and they have cute moments that something will blossom between them , it’s like the only reason they didn’t make Nakazawa fall in love with her because she is simply not the main girl to create some drama , like I don’t get why Nakazawa falls for Nami , and more bad writing from the writer part.
