I agree about Nami being inexperienced employer I dislike her character. I think she and Junnosuke are fine together, Ryota on the other hand fits someone mature as Haruka watch the spinoff better. The romance with Nami should be written off and just focus on her growth while I prefer they focus on the romance with the side characters. Junnosuke x Rio , Ryota x Haruka.
Like sorry I don’t feel the chemistry I wish they make them as friends and focus more to flesh her character further she have so much potential! I want to see her to have a deep bond with other characters not just Arisu.

You just said what is in my mind. I think Japan do love cheerful , young , cute girls but I’m sure not worse as Sakura who is clingy , and has no self-respect and no real goal in life. One of my problem of this drama is that I don’t understand how the ML end up liking the FL when this drama supposed to be about their progress of their romantic relationship. Which I don’t view it romantic as much as I see it as an abuse to the female lead and insult to women in general.

Yes the writer ruins it , like Paravi payed to do a spin-off about them , in the first two episodes Nakazawa seems to have interest toward Haruka and such then afterward they come up with a weird development that doesn’t suit his character. The good thing Shotaro have great chemistry with Sayu. His acting was natural around her.

Me too!! They are actually my favorite couple. I wish they focused more on them in the show but the writer is just AUUGHH!! He is too biased toward Nami to care about the supporting characters. I get that she is the main character but she was annoying the others are more interesting that should not be wasted. In the spin-off there were some cute skinship but it’s just that Nakazawa wasn’t conscious of Haruka’s feelings until he confessed in the last episode.
Honestly if Nakazawa character wasn’t played by Shotaro Mamiya , I wouldn’t want him to be with Haruka. She is waaay too good for him. His character is so dumb for me to not notice a beautiful hardworking woman beside him or he is not a man? But then Shotaro and Sayu have sooo much chemistry that it’s waste if they didn’t end up together. I’m glad he falls for her in the end , better late than never , still frustrated that writer waste their potential love story for unnecessary love triangle. I feel Mamiya almost looked tired to hang up his acting there and no development for his character. Like no real propose to motivate the story further and Nakazawa has no background story. Though his acting looks more alive when he act with Sayu in the spin-off. And enjoy teasing Haruka that it looks like an ad-lib acting. Tsunkoi was Mamiya saving grace to not end up in the the second lead syndrome curse and finally be in love with the right woman. Hope to see him with Sayu again as a couple in another drama/movie again.

I actually wished Nanao was the main character and Nami was just supporting role. The main love triangle will be handled better but the curse about this drama is that they try to follow Koitsudu.

Yes the love triangle was the weakest point in the story if they cut it off and they focused more to flesh out Junnosuke and Nami’s relationship instead and make them to communicate like a real couple would have been much better , what a waste though. I’ m a Mamiya fan and been following him from a long time , I also saw all his promotions and interviews in Bosskoi , I never saw the interaction or the spark that make me think they look like a couple , they barely speak in variety shows Idk just because a female and a male interact in friendly manner doesn’t mean it’s always romantic , platonic friendship do exit , And I do think they are friends. Mamiya have a love rumor with Nanao before though 😅Whatever it is your opinion.

They were all equally close like friends and team work. Just How co-stars normally get along. Just nothing special. Mone said Nanao and Tama are the first people she get to cook for outside of her family. Also Mone get along with all the cast members especially her chemistry with Nanao is 💯 than anyone. Yes I saw many prefer Nakazawa as character but many questions his motivation and don’t really ship him with the heroine. Cause the love triangle almost brought the worst out of Nami and it was unnecessary As long he get his happy ending. Also many prefers him with Haruka better after they watched the spin-off. Maybe Mamiya and Mone can play as siblings next time?? Since they act like one off-screens and Show better chemistry?they didn’t work for me as live interests at all.

Mamiya don’t mind playing weird/losers that’s why it’s no big deal for him , he is very open minded also he moved on from the drama the moment the drama ends he said he is no Nakazawa. I wish to see him with Sayu Kubota or Nanao as a couple again in a drama/movie. Mone is cute but they look more like siblings Both on-off screen. Mone have more chemistry with Nanao and Tama while Mamiya have more chemistry Tama and Sayu especially Tama , reports caught them that they got very close and often hangout together during shooting. It’s funny how they both preferred to be best friends than rivals in the drama. XD
