Some people may be disturbed by the games or e-sports in this drama, but this drama is not a pure e-sports drama. The game in this drama serves as a means for Yutu and Jingjing to get to know each other and develop their feelings.

If this seems like an advertisement, well a drama needs investment for their production costs, so it's natural to have advertisements in dramas, this is common in the drama industry. I think the advertisement is still within reasonable limits, because it doesn't reduce its function as a suggestion for Yutu and Jingjing to develop their feelings.

Regarding the depth of the characters, I think their characters are among the most detailed of several Chinese dramas, especially from the depth of the characters in terms of their professions.

Yutu's ML character is actually the most realistic character compared to the character of a genius CEO who is perfect. Yutu shows that a genius can also experience insecurity when they are at a low point. We often encounter this in our lives, a class champion can only be trapped in a laboratory with an ordinary salary, while the slackers in class enjoy luxury because of their business and investments. Yutu's low point was when his mother was sick and was referred to the city hospital. He saw his parents living in a small inn far from the hospital, and he couldn't even meet them immediately because his job required him not to keep his cellphone while working. Even though he was a researcher who loved the aerospace field, he was in a dilemma because he felt that his work could not be cared for and provided the best for the people he loved.
During his downfall, he reunited with his school friends. His interaction with Jinjing made him realize that in some ways Yutu had a narrow view of something. In short, Yutu learned about EQ from Jinjing.

Jinjing's character is clearly the most real picture of a woman who has a high EQ. Independent, intelligent and does not depend on men for her life. Jingjing shows that before loving others you must love yourself too.

There are many dialogues that show Jingjing's emotional intelligence.
1. dialogue with her ex-boyfriend at an event.
2. Jinjing's dialogue with her artist friends.
3. dialogue when Jingjing comments on the opinions of Yutu's friends who know that Yutu wants to change his aerospace profession to an investment profession.
There are many more dialogues from interactive Yutu with Jingjing.

The scenes you said were slow in my opinion are actually the details of the protagonist's feelings, especially Yutu's confusion is well depicted with slow scene details.

In my opinion, this drama has a pretty neat plot, its healthy relationship is a plus, the writer rather than raising conflicts he prefers to show solutions to conflicts that might occur in their relationship. and the bonus is the detail of the earospace profession, this profession is rarely raised even in Korean dramas. The problem is Chinese propaganda, this drama is produced by China of course they will make their country look good.
This is the same as American make war films, America is always the hero, when in fact, America is the country that started the war and conflict.
