Because this series has so many wonderful reviews and comments I feel it my duty to represent the other side.…
If you all don't mind, I would also like to share something from my life with a very heavy heart.
I'm, in general, a very closed off person. I never even share any thought that easily with others. It is even taking a lot of pondering and courage to write this.
I used to have a very similar friendship during my school days. We were very close. One day, I had an accident because of his mistake. But due to his mother's intervention, she totally ruined our friendship by getting in between us, and mandated us to never ever communicate with each other. After that day we never talked or even looked at each other. It was very childish, I know, but still hurtful, as we give our elders the utmost respect, so we had to follow suit. We were like this for almost 2years. After that when our graduation was near, we started talking secretly as we understood that we may go our separate paths afterwards. It was funny how he went back to the old ways in front of his mother and it was like we didn't even know each other anymore! But now, we really are far apart and lost our connection.
The point is, there can be differences in opinion, but we should at least try to use dialog to sought it out, I think. Ahh! Sorry, I rambled about something that is may be totally off topic. I tried to show some courage by sharing a little bit. Please ignore.
