LOL. I watched Ethan Juan’s Fated To Love You (end of last year), then I watched kdrama Business Proposal and didn’t find it as funny because of that even though I still enjoyed BP.

Talking about old Taiwanese drama, I highly highly recommend MARS (starting Vic Chou), another old but gold. Made a long time ago but so ahead of its time, covering all modern issues, a bit dark yet so heartwarming at the same time. One of those special dramas that stays with you.

I saw Ethan in Taiwanese version of Fated to Love You, (the original), and love him there as well. He’s too ridiculously funny though he’s so charismatic and hot at the same time.

If you haven’t watched Fated to Love You aka You are My Destiny (the Taiwanese version), I highly recommend it. Funniest drama ever. 🤣🤣

I agree with your assessment of Dylan. Everyone raved about his acting in LBFAD and unfortunately since I watched Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms, Dylan just can’t be compared to Mark Chao’s acting in TMOPB. Yes, enough charisma, perhaps he’ll get there when he is older?

I like a lot of Taiwanese actors, somehow they are so manly and charismatic. Watching Forbidden Flower atm and I thought Jerry Yan is still so 🔥. Ethan Juan in Legend of Fuyao. Mark Chao in TMOPB. List goes on… These guys just know how to be a leading man. 😅

omg I’m not into Zhao Lusi or Dilraba either. Zhao Lusi is cute and funny in her dramas, so I like her better than Dilraba but I won’t go watch a drama because of her.I like the FLs in New Life Begins and Goodbye My Princess.

Ooo I thought I’m the only one who is not into Dylan Wang at all. Saw three dramas of him (Meteor Garden, Rational Life and Love Between Devil and Fairy) and never got into him somehow.

I thought he acted well for the character. Have seen his other dramas and this character is quite different from his other dramas.

I normally don’t like modern cdramas as I find them too cringey and corny but this one is actually exceeded my expectations. Xu Kai is just so adorable in this one. Their interactions are super sweet.
