It's finally out! I've been anticipating this drama for so long now! Bailu is killing it. And episode 4-5 really showed what an emotional ride it's going to be. Can't wait for more 😁

Finally! The wait was too long!

It should. They were supposed to release it all at once, but some rules changed in Chine so they had to wait a year to release the second half.

After watching the whole show, I still don't fully understand what was the deal with Shen Yurong. He seemed bery much delulu tbh. But to be fair, it also seemed that he was insecure and power hungry, manipulative, and played a victim a lot. Still his backhround was not revealed further, who he wanted to avenge and how and it's not like he avenged anyone. But sure, he was a worthy oponent I'd say. altogether, I loved this story and character design, very intricate and thought out. But what is up with rhe second half of the last episode? It should not have existed. They should have ended it with marriage and some kids.

I agree, Shen Yurong was the main villain in this story for me. I actually really appreciate how 3D all the characters were especially the villains. Giving them their own pain and reasons but also seeing how they are hung up on that and choose to be violent gave a lot of depth to the story and the characters. I personally appreciated the princess character a lot. She was a villain of her own doing but also a victim. It was a very nice contrast to see the choices Xue Fangfei make after her sufferings vs the princess.

I still think Shen Yurong was delulu, he seemed insecure and power hungry, manipulative and played a victim a lot. His revenge backstory was not touched on again so I'm not sure what that was about. Overall, amazing stoey telling and character design. Very intricate and emotional, gave a lot of depth. The last half of the final episode should not have existed tho 🙄.

I really don't get what the deal is with Shen Yu Rong. What are his motives? One time he is so sorrowful and guilty, and the other he is ready to please the princess. Cannot wait to find more about his renvenge story, because this character's actions make zero sense right now.

There was an episode where she was playing with koi fish kids.

Sooo many two-faced ppl. It's not good for my blood pressure 😆. It is very frustrating to watch so much injustice but also the plot is very interesting. I cannot wait for all those snakes to be served some justice .
