I don't think he's out as gay to his friends. My wild guess would be that the series wants to show us that the characters (most, if not all) accept fluid sexuality --- like they're not putting anyone in a box and label it as a particular gender identity.

I'm forty-fuckin'-two years of age and my heart is torn into pieces like a teenager on his first heartbreak. Sweet Jezuz H. Chwist! That's some terrific acting from Nanon. Not surprised, considering how good he was in The Gifted, he has gotten so much better.

Holy bleeding feck! I did not prepare myself well enough for a heartbreak. My heart just got torn into pieces for Pran. Would have broken my heart more if they shot close to his face when he turned from Pat, and a tear rolled down.

I'd say yeah. Was not so "in your face" compared to the other shows.

OK, apart from what everyone else loves about this show, I love that Ohm and Nanon are not always smeared in make up to look flawless on cam. It's fascinating that the close shots are showing skin imperfections - literally translates to, "Hey! These characters are real people, too. We have imperfections like everyone else."

Heyyy... We're forgetting A Tale of A Thousand Stars aired in 2021, too. Or you're probably not a fan of it. I loved that show though.
