I randomly selected this from a YouTube search and found it surprisingly good. There was a decent mixture of drama and comic relief - enough to get me to enjoy from start to finish (albeit a few of a "lingering" that I skipped. There were just a few seconds though.
Having looked at the details, I realised it was directed by the same director of 2Moons2 (which I equally enjoyed watching - ForthBeam woooh!).
Thai movies usually have this thing that tugs at my heart. This one's not heavy but the "I have loved you and have waited for you for 4 years" exchange, after Toey and Oat shared an intimate moment on their last evening at the resort just broke me into pieces.
I gave it a 10 * rating not because it was Oscar worthy, or my standards are not as high as the others, but because I felt the movie deserves it.
1. That monologue at the rooftop. Even without English subtitles, you'd understand what it's about. 2. Thun's coming out to his mum. 3. Of course, the farewell bit, which turned out to be not a farewell at all. Because, guess what? Its no P'Med's time yet.
m not the type to comment anything bad about a series i keep that to myself but wat the hell im i watching mind…
I think it is going to end how it started. This show has shown great promise, to be fair. It's just too dragging. I'm still watching it for lack of something new to watch.
I think younger audience will have it a little difficult to completely understand the scenario of the whole cheating…
I think it only shows that some people can be unforgiving when it comes to mistakes like this.
I myself found cursing at Teh for having let himself fall into that pit of vulnerability. He was either too naive or stupidly infatuated with Jai that he made that mistake.
But it was just that one time, thought it lingered until such time that OhAew had the straw that broke his back..
Towards the end, I saw how much he suffered for his stupid act and I felt like, I think he deserved a chance. He wasn't after all, a habitual cheater.
I would have preferred an open ending in this sequel though. Something like having it left hanging when they saw each other again in the ad agency --- followed by a special conclusion episode a few weeks after.
But however it ended, it was just as beautiful as how I hoped it would be.
