if i wasn't already this close to finishing i would be dropping this tbh. like i read the manga after watching…
just don't watch it if you don't like it, i honestly don't understand ppl who complain a lot about shows that they don't like and will not like cause they made up their opinions, but still say oh i will watch it like nobody forces you tho, some ppl are masochists

I love how calm this show is, as an introverted person loved watching it. Looking forward how the ending will unveil, interesting plot and characters. I think it's one of the shows that's great to watch to after a long day at work, just like listening to calm lofi music.

Shed one liter of tears in episode 7 scene. Seeing these brave characters getting hurt like this and fighting for their lives this hard was so devastating to watch. I know it follows the manga, but I also love how they did not shy away from showing the brutality in this scene. Kudos to the director and the whole team behind this, you all did an amazing job making this scene impactful as it is. I have never experienced such a wide range of emotions from a single scene: anger, desperation, hope, sadness, amusement(when an intense fight shifts to Arisu , whom I love and I know he was the key setting up the plan) , but that scene was a great addition between an intense and brutal fight and cracked me up. Like he was holding five aerosols spraying them so hard and getting a hard time to breath lol, that was just hilarious) . Truly one of the most powerful episodes in the entire show. The moment when Aguni gasps and Akane gets shot multiple times and the whole scene goes silent made this 1000x times better, fights looked so amazingly shot and make it look so real. Can't express how much I love this show. True masterpiece

What I really appreciate for the series like these is a great team of female leads. Never really connected and cared about all the female leads to such an extent. Getting them stabbed and suffer like that had me screaming. Like they are all so freaking awesome. Love badass and kind Kuina( seriously love how they showed that she cares so much for Ann, Usagi, her physicality op), love amazing, brave Usagi (some ppl be calling her boring, but I really love her calm but brave attitude, also her physicality is just chef kiss), calm and composed but really cool Ann (although she's a little backstory, really love how many calm and cool characters like her are in this show), Heiya (her will to live and determination, also amazing) . As for the villains (personal favorite queen of spades is freaking ruthless and an amazing martial artist, crazy and manipulative girl in the solitary (sorry forgot her name), of course Mira absolute manipulative queen. Sorry for some mistakes, English is not my first language. Now for the boys shoutout. Ok so some ppl be saying Arisu is boring or whatever, but what they dont get that he's the heart of the group (if not for his actions in s1ep4, Chishiya wouldn't even beat the king of Diamonds) , love how much he cares for other ppl and love how he is not typical super strong or muscular fighting type, more of a kind-hearted and smart character. Other amazing male leads such as Chishiya (love his calmness and intelligence, but do not agree on ppl saying that he carries this show on his back, because the whole amazing team carries and all of them are unique and help to carry this show), Aguni is freaking awesome (his physicality, action scenes are so fun to watch), Tatta (like again his kindness and that he is not over the top smart or fighting type, but he still tries , honestly relate so much to him). Now the antagonists or sort of: my absolute favorite ones was the King of clubs (Kyuma's character is really the highlight of the show among the new characters, loved his teams' calm attitude and how they were not over the top violent or batshit crazy villains, just normal ppl with their own lives. His advice to Arisu and how he inspired him at the end was truly beautiful, also loved his group ,like they were so likable and was so sad to see them gone), King of spades (silent freaking terminator, without a single dialogue was able to become one of the most fearful antagonists, his action scenes were amazing and although was devastating to see all my favorite characters getting hurt like this, really loved how they showed truly horrifying action scenes). Might be little over than female characters comment, but that doesnt mean I love any of the characters more, love both female and male characters equally and just want to say how they are all amazing and kudos to writers giving justice to all of them and not making cliches out of any genders.
