Probably I try to understand the logic behind chracters decisions and how is the character formation and its consistency throughout the show. Vincenzo do a pretty good job in visuals, music, acting especially antagonists. And about writing, I hve to say there are many questionable illogical facts.Starting from the fact narcotics is a common ingredient in strong painkillers and it is not even illegal in Korea. But only with doctors prescriotion. This is just an example.I am a person who can accept all kind of genres and I am a fan of Song and revenge dramas tats why I started watching it.
This drama will probably under attack for its illogical obvious flaws if Mr. Song wasn't the lead actor.Now his fans will protect this drama. 6 episodes down, still I will count it as a decent show. Even I started watching it for Song and he is acting like the only guy with brains in this drama and FL's skills evaporated when she resigned her job.
Whether the writer was sleeping when wrote the script and didn't even think about basic plot holes?

In episode 4 ending, other than disinfecting , there were many employees inside the factory. The manager there told them to "Vacate the room ". So whether writer is going to make an illogical assumption that they went outside the whole factory just for a disinfection leaving their nightshift. And fire happens immeadetely after disinfecting agents comes out.
Prosecutor, Babel Group and Wusang knows vincenzo did that to the factory, yet why they are not looking for an evidence against Vincenzo?
First of all using narcotics in painkillers is not a new deal or a crime, it is a common practice used for chronic patients, it is even legal in South Korea but require doctors prescription to prevent its overdose and overuse which can lead to addiction.Here I am not clear about the fact that how serious the new drug mentioned by them in the series.
Now all researchers and manufacturing unit gone, Vincenzo don't have much evidence about painkiller compoents other than the painkiller itself, which will provide an upperhand for Babel in court.But on the other hand, Vincenzo can be easily accused and put behind bars for destroying the whole property.Babel has lost its core company. No forensic check on petrol or kerosene presence in fire accident. No cctv footages at gate or outskirts of factory... ????

I think I never rated this shows as a bad one, it is an above average watch. Here FL character was greatly toned down in the later episodes, so now I am happy with her average performance. I think some scenes are becoming seriously compared to first set of episodes. About 14 episodrs still remaining, still its is a decrnt show. So u guys are telking it qs somethg extraordinary and then degrading everyobd who tells about a fault of that show.
I think there is a major plot hole in episode 5 and 6 of Vincenzo. They took up babel chemicals case 5 days ago before the first trial and the case was handed over to FL by that greedy settlement lawyer on the second day when almost 2- 3 days were left. They postponed first trial for preparation it seems. Coming to the second trial, they were gonna present just the plaintiffs statements and hospital admitted guys statement, no new evidence nothing.I think writer was gonna show some good evidence collection but nothing happened.They could have trained their witnesses in the first trial itself as there were already 2-3 days. ( Days identified from captions and theur costumes). Why they get the trial extended in the first place? To show Mr. Song is stylish, his lamborgini scenes, those lame joke scenes from first trial (hornet scene exception becoz I loved it ). The most funniest thing, they didn't even tried ir even searched for a new evidence and finally vincenzo himself have to become a witness.
FL ends up being a wingman to ML in vincenzo.I am not gonna comment about her average acting skills\Actual FL character formation:a)FL has 8 years of experience and is the ace of top law firm called Wusang.b)She sides with a conglomerate and defends their illegal doings and her success rate in cases is also high.c)She goes against her father to keep her success track and she even threatens witnesses to win the case.d)From the frst few episodes it can be clearly seen , she is having colleagues more aged and experienced, so probably its becoz of her talent, she exceled in her field and firm and not solely becoz of Wusang.
The so called competent FL's smart moves in the after episodes :a)She don't even a single wise plan to tackle a issue. She went to persuade wintness,she then just cry. Well that also didn't work.Here also ML saves her.b)She is trying to persuade a informer with money even they don't look interested. Her intern has to convince her that he is not interested, else she won't realise.c)Collaboration with ML, it is like 5% contribution from her as she is the lawyer at court but rest all things like what to do, what to speak, when to become unconscious all decided by ML.I wish she had atleast 25% contribution. Let ML handle more as he is more evil but making the FL totally a beginner like lawyer is unacceptable.

Becoz tat lawyer could hve informed Babel wen they came for first meeting.Even locker opening,old mony greedy lawyer so dumb even not asking for evidence to prove his connection with Babel as he is doing transaction in gold bars... I don't know why logic is missing in many parts.
