Arghhh, this show was wonderfully bittersweet. I enjoyed it a lot! There were some dragggy moments and I wish they had fallen for each sooner but the director delivered and the amount skinship was *chefs kiss* and it makes up for the ending. It made it easier to accept his death as we were able to see them be happy together and spend his last moments together, Lee Jae Wook deserves a round of applause. I keen to see what his next project will be! Jo Bo Ah is a great actress and did great. However, at first I wasn't convinced she was the best casting for this role. As the show progressed, she felt more natural and his yearning for her sold it. Finally, for the love of GOD can they stop casting Jung Ga Ram in the most annoying second lead roles? Poor fella. He did a fabulous job, as I truly wanted to slap the back of his head. Overall, it's good watch, although a lil draggy, had some hot and tastefully intense moments but the plot could've of been stronger.

I loved this ridiculous drama. It's absolutely bonkers and I'm sure many would agree the plot will p you off massively at times due to several unrealistic events that occur. However, if you need a filler drama, something that's entertaining and have you shouting at the screen... Look no further. It's Gossip Girl/Sky Castle on steroids!

I'm going to rewatch this drama next month! The series was sublime to say the least. I truly hope we can get another masterpiece like this soon to fill in the loss. I genuinely could've watch 30 episodes of it (still a lot of questions) but JH and GC were perfect! They did a marvelous job depicting this beautiful love story and they deserve all the rewards and accolades. Ending could have been stronger but I'm still so pleased with it. Does anyone have good recommendations of dramas where the male lead is this swoon worthy/charismatic? (hate to be cringe but I can't think of a better word) he was *chefs kiss*. The way he LOVED that woman. Even my BF was shook. SEXY MF

I agree with every point that you made, however, I'm thinking about HA NEUL. Shouldn't she discover that for herself? I don't condone his behaviour at all and he needs serious help but if he's being genuine about wanting to be in her life, they could have come to some sort of arrangement. I know they tried initially and he spat in their face, I KNOW and it's no excuse but he's clearly a lonely confused child but that's between him and YD. YD has every right to tell the child what he did when she's older, nevertheless, it won't mean Ha Neul wouldn't still crave/miss the chance to also know her biological father. Maybe legally shared custody isn't an option but allowing the kid to see and have a relationship with her biological dad is fair. Anyways, I guess I spoke too soon. If this man really does a runner with a kid... he's a lost cause.

Ok, Kim Jun Ha did a lot of crazy things and wasn't initially seeking custody for the right reasons but as the show progresses, I'm not siding with TK and YD. Why can't they have shared custody? I don't think he wants YD anymore but I understand why he doesn't want another man to adopt his child. Can't she stay with them and be raised by TK and YD but also have a relationship with her biological father? This writing is sooo messy lol.

Question... the gifts he sent for getting high marks on her tests while he was in Yihe. Isn't that kind of considered grooming? Part of me is like no, because he sends them in the open etc and it doesn't/isn't presented in a seedy way and it's clear he has no ill intent. However, we cannot ignore the fact that it is abundantly clear she likes him (he can act like he doesn't know but we know he knows) and even if he's not aware of it himself, he DEFINITELY has romantic feelings for her... I don't know but it's a bit odd :/ I want to love it but its soooo slow.

Is this worth continuing? I have done 3 eps and not sure if it's worth it.

I have another bone to pick... who is dressing our girl YD? The F is this? At the start of the show she wasn't that fashionable but she was doing much better than these weird doll like dresses. What is this? please stop with the overly innocent attire. It's bizarre! Also, someone said "YD acts like a sl*t around KJH but all stiff around TKG." Took me out LOL

The CHAOTIC unfoldings of this show is the only reason why I am still watching. I don't expect anything but nonsense and the nonsense alone is entertaining but blimey they really could have done so much better! So many things have royally P*ssed me off but I also can't help but laugh - A) TK Mother... Why drag out her hatred for YD? Your son knew everything. I get she didn't want him to suffer but it was unnecessary and the way they ended this dragged out storyline was due to her cooking for her and YD getting the family to apologise? YD is just a fool for taking that treatment. B) Are they really in love? half the time it feels like I'm watching two people who've just met and were forced to spend time with each other. It's bizarre and awkward. The kiss scenes make me gag a little. I don't feel their love or passion for each other at all. You want us to believe they went through all that for such a dry and passionless relationship? Such a shame - still love it tho.
