Season 2 is so bad and diffrent that I suspect Hong sisters were forced by the director to make these massive changes in character and quality. Did some higher up tell them... Yeah instead of badass mudeok /naksu getting back her power and become the most powerful warrior.. Let's give the viewers no closure... Let's see yeah let's put a pretty damsel in distress.. We just need to talk about hoe pretty she is for 10 ep and give 0 plot, let's make her like a kpop idol all visuals no substance. UK acting took a downgrade here as well.. Am I interested in 0 tension battles with no respectable enemy.. Knowing full well UK has become too powerful for everyone? Hmm no. How can I describe this sequel? Annoying, frustrating, unreasonable. The fact that they brought naksu's body with this bs explanation that also happen to wipe out her personality but God forbid when we say well by that logic mudeok /buyeon body could be saved. A 4 star for me

I have a diffrent opinion 30 for mudeok and none for naksu.. Hell at least give us closure in s1. Could have lived without s2

Ah no chemistry. Hard not to compare with love like the galaxy. Maybe because he is old and she is young there is this awkward energy. Also fl is a bit edgy here. Sad that the high ratings don't excatly live up a 1 star for me

This is still by far my favorite cdrama ever. Crazy how 9 rated cdramas are overrated to me but Lower rated ones are some hidden gems

I have to agree. Honestly as a straight woman Idc how pretty another woman is so when the entire plot of s2 is the 2nd actress being pretty and in love, I couldnt help but not to root for her nor care about the relationship. It's was just not likeable. S1 strong asset was it's strong female lead which in my opinion should have continued with mudeok getting back her powers along with the priestess, not the amnesia, no character.. I found mudeok endearing like a friend I want to root for in contrast with just a pretty face.
