It will be clear in Part 1 finale. Please don't forget the current active soul in Mudeok's body is Naksu.

Actually the storyline itself is very long. The fantasy genre with many characters needs many episodes to feature. There was a rumour since last year, this drama will have 2 parts; because tvn dramas can not go more episodes than 20. So they had to make it second part.
For different FL, it's a part of the storyline (I suppose), it will be clear in Part 1 finale.

It will be clear in Part 1 finale, about how they will plan it for Part 2, what happens to Mudeok body or how Naksu regain her original body.
