I think as a slow burner for a lot of the beginning the sad vibe hits harder, I concur. I loved it but I think that's Cake's character

This is very well cast considering there is a 10-12 year time gap in the story and having read the manga. I can't wait for the other 2 key characters to come in though

I know but he only had cards hence he worked for the fisherman to make cash and didn't even finish the day. It's not a big deal just something I second guessed. Like, when did he buy it as they're always together. But as everyone has said, plot holes aren't important.
