I felt quite the same, it's like Singto it wasn't totally invest but I don't know if it's his character or what...…
In ep 6 I got the impression that due to the 'failed' events he was more stressed about that so was distracted. Also not sure he's aware of where Tae's character's head is at as he's quite playful. They don't understand each other properly yet.
i skipped through this drama in the middle so im a bit confused, what caused them to split?
the mum ranted at them about being parentless children and she was being a good Korean mum and the FL relented and broke up with him end of episode 13 for no good reason so you didn't miss much. It was sloppy at best.
I think for this to work they needed to make the FL less 'pathetic'. She literally treated him a kid at times and made all of these work and personal blunders so it was hard to root for her. He was lovely though.
Also the women in work situation (no spoilers) didn't really pack the punch it could have done despite being promising initially.
I found all the women hard to identify with. I'm going to watch Spring Night as I hear that's better!
And yes, heteronormative teenage BL writers need to stop writing men like toddlers
Fingers crossed for ep. 7

*sad wave*
Also only 3 more episodes!
Happy new year and may we be blessed with many more BLs like BBTS in 2022! x
