I don't mind the odd low budget series to be fair as production is so costly and we've seen how it's affected Taiwan as well. But this isn't even watchable

The History from 3 onwards had decent side couples. Especially Trapped and MODC. and 4. They felt like two mains. about youth is another . Unknown although side couple is straight. Obviously We Best Love 1 & 2 (2 side couples one more so ) . Be Loved in house . Love is Science is straight with a gay side couple. You can just watch their story on Youtube

I've only seen side couples work really well in Taiwanese so I get your rant. They always leave us wanting more in Thai and K BLs. We want more!!

Did you read the book because even in the book it was similar - like they wasted thousands of pages on the main couple and couldn't be bothered with these 2
