What's wrong with casting white people. It's VERY realistic.
First I'd like to apologize somewhat. While I may be white, I'm all for equality for everyone (black, asian, latino etc.) so what you said kind of makes sense.
But when you made those comments about unrealistic representation, heredity and genetics, I was thinking CHARACTERS not actors.
How I saw it was Kongkwan's mother fell in love with a white man so Kongkwan herself was mixed race.
Not the fact that the actor playing the father was half european while Tu (the actress who plays Kongkwan) was 100% asian.
So, I guess if you want to boycott it's whatever but you're missing out on a really great drama.

OK, very offensive. Yes, I'm white, but I'm NOT being paid to gaslight. And how dare you assume that I'm trying to erase POC. You know nothing about me. I was just stating my opinion (and partial fact). If you don't agree with me , that's fine, but don't make me out to be an uneducated, racists monster.

Uh, yes I did attend science class thank you and I know about genetics. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. It's just which gene is more dominate. (It's also called being mixed race .) Ever heard of it.
