Oh you’re actually so right, I think that’s why I find it so difficult to sit through most of the ‘rom com’ kdramas recently … it’s cringeworthy writing and a tragedy because I don’t remember it being this bad even just 5-7 years ago.

I feel like the entire drama based off thr first episode was struggling to find its place between a comedy and a dark slice of life... Like everyone was just confused in the writers room.

Screenwriting feels like ai slop, zero chemistry, no tension, nothing to be excited about or look forward to. I’m shocked at how bad this is, I couldn’t even get past the first episode. This is not for me. I really wanted to like this for ldw and lsk but I genuinely can’t sit through this.

I wish they amped up the romance between the main leads a bit more because I really love the chemistry and their scenes but alas! It’s still a solid drama. Really hate that the ex comes in from ep 4 onwards tho I hope it’s not some annoying shit where he’s hung up on her and all that nonsense…. Sigh let me not build any hope for myself.

omg this is so fun 😭 just finished episode 8 I feel like a player ???? one second I liked jeyeon x woojae next second I was fully onboard the jimin x jeyeon ship ??? in between I wanted to see changwon and jeyeon but now I’m really invested in the catfish x jeyeon ahahhhhhhhhhh. Whatever it is I’m thoroughly enjoying all the second hand heart fluttering and cannot wait for all the upcoming jealousy we are about to witness. Best dating show in a long time!
