When I started ths series i didn't watch it for the romance because i also knew it was doomed.i watched it for the politics aspects of it nd for Ml character paving his way through

And furthermore when I started it i observed that the tragic foreshadowing for romance was foreshadowed from beginning episodes itself nd also in btw many episodes as we go through the journey
