After 3 years when he is rich enough on his own (and feels he has paid for his bad karma), he asked for Juhee to interview him and got her to come to the beach (where they had first kissed). It's been a long time since I watched mouse so my answer is wt I still remember from back then The reason why they swapped the sons was they made a deal if one of them turns out to be a psychopath they would take care of among those two by killing them . Like thr actual moms couldn't do it atleast they thought at that time so the other women could possibly be able to kill someone who's not their own child.
But then both of them got to love the children, that is why it was really difficult for the nurse to kill Jae Hoon then she begged him to be good when she was dying.
