The original script has 55-56 episodes, they made it more bcs of censorship and cutting down of episodes and all, so for S1 to be 39 and S2 to be 21, it is means that the drama has little cutting down and it might not affect the drama at all. The 70 episodes were just a fake rumor so no need to be worried about it
