All of you guys responding to that shenli account should leave her alone. That account has been trolling for a while now and will continue to do so. She is looking for engagement and that is what you guys are giving her Believe me if everyone snubs her she will not frequent here but if you keep responding to her she will come here often cause she is receiving attention
P.S she has also been trolling on men's profile shows how crazy that troll is ππ
After finishing episode 6, I have to admit this drama still hasnβt hooked me π₯² While the production quality…
Everyone's opinion is appreciated as long as you don't directly insult the actors π Now I do want to comment on some of your takes though
Firstly I would say the FL is smart (not street smart yet though) but she doesn't have an exceptional talent for managing businesses and numbers. It's something she learned from her dad as he was a wealthy merchant meaning she grew up around that kind of environment so it's normal that she picked it up and if you remember in EP 1 episode the man who she met at the temple talked about how she managed her dad's shops before she got married
- the evil mistress trope. I won't necessarily call her an evil mistress cause she and mudan actually planned to get mudan divorced and for Li youzhen to marry Liu Chang. Now was she a bit annoying at the beginning? Yes, but did mudan give 2 shits? Obviously not ππ
- Now about the FL suffering and all, it's for character growth tbh. I wouldn't believe that in the Tang dynasty she would have been able rise up and be powerful if she didn't go through some ordeals to help build her. This is old china where it was hard for women to accomplish anything so her having to struggle is definitely one of the key points to her growth
Maybe bcs you are still on EP 3 but if you watch further you would see that the ppl you call villains aren't necessarily…
I'm.not talking about his parents but about Liu Chang and the princess. Both can be labelled as bad but at the same time you see the reason behind their actions ( I'll never defend or like Liu chang after trying to force himself on her) but by episode 6 we see another side to him and not just him being the typical wicked husband with no other use than dor driving the plot
Iβm only on episode 3 and the Liu family is absolutely disgusting. This drama has so many unlikeable characters.…
Maybe bcs you are still on EP 3 but if you watch further you would see that the ppl you call villains aren't necessarily one. I love the fact that the characters in this drama aren't one dimensional but are complex characters with their flaws, their wants and yearnings and their different views of life
Am I the only one that doesn't pity Liu Chang even after EP 6? Yeah he helped her escape and all BUT I still can't get over the fact that he almost forced himself on her π€ And where does that affection from him suddenly come from? Like bro it has been almost a year and you treat her like shit but all of a sudden you're in love??????π
