You can so tell when an actor/actress is really bad when they are next to veteran actors/actresses and they can't hold a scene. The actress playing Se Yeong is really bad. Her whole fainting scene was probably one of the worse fainting scenes I have ever seen, even of characters fake fainting. Her acting just in general, it is getting really hard to watch her. I have had to skip several of her scenes. Her acting is so stiff, especially when she is acting along side the actor playing Ji Seok and/or Jin Gu.
What is up with these silly little meetings between Myeong and that detective? They seem so stupid, they just sit there and drink tea/coffee/whatever and just talk, no action, no nothing, so dumb.
I don't get Ji Seok's infatuation with Se Yeong. He doesn't want anything to do with Ha Na, cause she is "supposedly" the (fake) daughter of the Chairwoman, but he still wants to join forces Se Yeong and be with her, when she is the Chairwoman's niece. He grew up with Ha Na and she is closer. This part of the series is stupid. Wait until he finds out who "Mr. Han" is to the Chairwoman. I think he will actually lose it.
jiseok has his plans [revenge] ... he is gonna go all the way to take down the company and chairwoman , but now…
one key note though, is the grandfather knows that Ji Seok wants revenge and why he wants, although Ji Seok doesn't really know who the grandfather really is, which will be interesting when that comes to light.
Hana, the only person who is honestly looking out for you is your brother Ji Seok. Asking all the right questions…
I agree. I hate that they are lying to Ha Na, it aggravates me so much, that the chairwoman is using her, just so her grandson will be "safe". I wish the Eun Chong's grandfather would have told Ha Na the truth from the beginning, instead of hiding as well.
I need Jin Goo to keep thinking about that thing he told Se Young until he realizes he is doing exactly what she…
Se Young is just overall cringe to me. I don't even like her with Ji Seok. I don't think she goes well with anyone. When she is in any "romantic scene" it actually is very uncomfortable to watch it doesn't feel real with any of them. I really don't like the throw back scenes of her and Ji Seok, especially knowing he is doing all this for revenge and SY is the chairwoman's niece.
No, her daughter is Duna. Hana’s friend from the orphanage . Her daughter was killed and Hana is taking care…
I thought, HN and DN were the same age. There was a scene in the bathroom where she came across the chairwoman for the first time and the chairwoman looked at her and asked her age and HN replied 31 and the chairwoman (internally monologuing) that that would be the same age as her daughter DN/YJ. I know they had to fudge some ages or numbers and they talked about it, to make HN believe she was YJ, because HN was taken to the orphanage at the age of 7 and had been with them and in foster care for 3 years before DN/YJ came along at the age of 10.
Some obvious plot holes e.g: hana should remember what she looked like around that age considering she took a…
I doubt she (Ha Na) would remember what Du Na looked like or herself, cause when she looked at photos of a young Jin Gu, she did not recognize he was the young boy who gave her his bracelet at the hospital. Although, she spent more time with Du Na (aka Yu Jin) than she did with the young Jin Gu.
Ok I was kind of unsure of this, cause I hate any type of extraterrestrial or space or any of those kind of dramas, until the fruit fly scene. LOL that was so cute and funny. I like both Lee Min Ho and Gong Hyo Jin and hopefully this will be a good drama, cause they are the main reasons I am watching.
Xu Kai, Zhao Lu Si, Yang Mi, Ren Min, Ju Jin Yi.... these are just a few who's names I did not see listed or weren't given awards and there were many more, so not every actor/actress gets an award.
I finally caught up. I should have waited at least another month to start. I am so intrigued with the story. I am really enjoying it. For some reason it is giving me that older (more like 2016 and earlier) K Drama feel. It seems to have all the typical K Drama stuff in it and I just love it. I do have a couple of questions:
Do you think Jin Gu will realize Ha Na is the one he gave his bracelet to when they were younger at the hospital?
Will we ever see Ha Na's real bio mom? With 100 episodes, she surely will show up right?
Also, it already has the typical plot holes, I haven't really notated them all, but one sticks out just recently. Yeo Jin asked Ha Na in the restroom how old was she (she responded 31, with Yeo Jin, internally monologuing that that is the same age that Yu Jin would be), but later when they are trying to fix Ha Na to become Yu Jin, Yeo Jin was saying how they would have to fix her age. Not quite sure what she meant by that ( I mean I understand she went to the children's home earlier than Yu Jin, but they made it sound like their ages weren't the same)
I don't know how they will get away with not telling Ha Na she isn't really Yu Jin or without her figuring it out, because it just doesn't make sense on how it will work, because I am sure Ha Na will know how she got to the children's home when she was a kid. Ugh so confusing.
Still hating Se Yeong with a passion. I don't know if it is the character or the actress, I don't like more. I have obviously always felt that if I really hate the villain then the actor is doing a great job, but I am torn here. I don't like the character, but I am just not feeling much for the actress playing the role either.
what a mess they've weaved... I hate that I didn't just wait until April, which is a long time to wait and watch…
I am only on episode 12 and agree with you. I actually despise Se Young. I mean literally every time she speaks or is on the screen I want to fast forward her scenes, I hate her so much, but then I would miss some vital point or content. Her mother is the root of all her attitude and problems.
I was surprised when he got elected but how in the hell did he win and that too with a good margin?? Cant believe…
agree, I also believe that if they start digging that the election was stolen, but the democrats (unlike the republicans or rather Trump) take the high rode. I personally think they conceded to early.
