Yep, I don’t particularly enjoy modern dramas. They don’t appeal to me as much unless there is a certain actor that I especially like, then in that case, I will give it a try but I usually don’t finish those dramas because they are always about work, and random things we deal with everyday in our lives. Like you, I prefer watching sci-fi/fantasy dramas because reality isn’t always kind and things that are impossible in real life exists in these types of dramas :) How I sometimes wish these things can happen in real life, like going back in time for instance, to visit and spend more time with those you’ve lost or undo past mistakes or choices.

Well said! I get easily attracted to different actors (based on their roles), but this one is different. I mean I feel like I sense his pain and suffering and how much it’s torturing him. Other actors I would like them and their roles but thats it. TJC did a wonderful job portraying XL that now I am so obsessed with him and searching for all of his movies, dramas, and variety shows. I loved Chen Xingxu from Starry Love but I think TCJ (as XL) has impressed me so much with his acting that I sometimes find it difficult to separate from reality and fantasy/drama world. I mean he is only portraying that character but I feel so bad for the character as if he actually exists and I wish that he has a better ending, perhaps a future with a new love interest or gets to do things that he enjoys rather suffering and dying alone.
