Probably one of the most toxic Drama I have watched but I could not let it go and watched it to the end . None of the characters are lovable so it is a strain on the viewer. The drama gradually descends into hell for all the characters . Strange that the only one who survives is Goo Hae Wu . I did not like her at all . Revenge became her obsession as well as the twisted desire to see others experience the despair she had known . She needed psychiatrist help ! Seo Woo Jae was equally irritating before and after he regained his memory but I felt sorry for his premature death after all he had gone through since the accident . Plenty of lies and secrets difficult to hide , as the truth will eventually burst through , but even then the truth is still distorted ! It had to end either in a blood bath or the way it did , partially resolving some of the issues and with the bell ringing in the lake the faint hope that for Jung hae Joo life is not over yet and she may continue in purgatory .

I enjoyed this series so much the 100 episodes seem to go by so fast . I laughed , I cried , I was entertained , I was overwhelmed , and all the time feeling great friendship for the members of this family . Beautifully acted , a very good script throughout , the series is never too long , nor too boring but highly addictive and beautiful to look at . The brothers were hilarious when they were not serious and utterly lovable . The food looked so appetising , the characters well developed . A great show from beginning to end .

Not one of my favourite drama , too much violence , torture , and u-turns , but I could not stop watching till the end. Great acting all the way through , but I thought it dragged on a bit and 16 episodes might have just done it as much justice . I did not enjoy the fact that Vincenzo enjoyed inflicting lingering torture on his victims when shooting them would have been just as well , and that revealed a side of his character that I did not want to know . He , too had become a monster , even if he can redeem himself on his island . I knew then that he could never come back to Korea , when I had hoped instead that he might have exposed corruption and fraud through different means . I knew that his love for Hon Cha young could never be fulfilled. But I will never look at pigeons in the same way ever again !! That scene on the roof top was unexpected and brilliant .
