this drama is a remake of the original wong wien hua jai 1985. in fact, its already the 2nd remake, preceding the 2009 version. It must be a legendary classic thai drama for it to be adapted twice. First watched it as a kid(2009), then when the (2021) versions came out, both have different charms in them. as a viewer, I felt sentimental and melancholy of the story. I admit, if it was an original film released now, It would never pass my ratings as well with the starting plot itself.
