Review The Novelist
What a tight-arsed and imbecile SJW driwel. Yuck.
I’ve looked at it from various points of view to give it a fair shot including acting, chemistry, attractiveness of the explicit scenes, story telling and script and I personally can’t see what is good about this series. Those various factors i’ve looked at aside, is it really such a bad thing that I don’t like these toxic narratives attached to the lgbtq community (not just once or twice but historically) which I’m part of. Rather than calling me a “tight- arsed” “imbecile SJW” I’d be more interested in finding out what you enjoyed from this series as I’m genuinely interested to find out about the other side of the conversation even if I disagree with your point of view.

Title Big Mouth
For some weird reason I wonder if that one guard with the cap is big mouse? I think this will either be proved or disproved next episode cause I don’t know why changho would trust the guard and use the names given by him over those given by the mayor- unless the plot goes completely in a different direction he is either going to give the right names or the wrong ones, and if he’s got the right ones then who would he trust over the mayor? One possible solution is that changho has figured out who big mouse is cause then he would trust the list given by this person- he’s on the track of it most likely with his idea that it’s someone close in the prison. Whoever this person is seems to be on changho’s side and is benefiting from him being mistaken for big mouse and is helping him maintain this illusion. The other alternatives are Jerry (he’s also a little suspicious) or Changho somehow (multiple personalities or the audience has been fooled by the narration and he’s been acting the whole time)

FR we barely get to see him. He only shows up for like 1 min in the beginning of most episodes and then another…
It’s definitely leading up to him being a main part of the story from here on I think. If they do a past episode he’s going to be there in basically every minute of it probably. But that said, only 4 episodes left so they’re going to have to feature him heavily in all four forwards to suggest he’s one of the main cast tbh
On Love's in Sight! Nov 22, 2021
This is so cute! The characters are so nicely acted and developed, and the main relationship is incredibly sweet- it just makes me happy to watch them interact. The information about levels of blindness and accessibility, and the real life issues people face is incredibly interesting, some things I was aware of before, some I wasn’t. Whether it be discrimination in job seeking- for both a “Yankee” (unsure how else to term him so just going with what they say) and a blind person, in similar but different ways. To the inconveniences I would never have thought about, like the bikes in the way of accessible pathways. Hoping the other episodes will continue to be just as delightful to watch!

Title The King's Affection Spoiler
wow they kissed and he did not know the prince is a she, well he knows now based o n the ending of today's episode
Kinda refreshing tbh- shows how strongly he loves her as a person that he’s fallen in love with her twice separately, and decided the second time despite her gender being supposedly male to still go for it. Like wow next level

hey!! where did you watch it?
Did you buy the series on the actual weverse app or on the weverse shop app? I’m in the uk and on the weverse app it offers an in app purchase in pounds which is ideal whereas the weverse shop only offers three forms of currency i do not have (and I haven’t got a PayPal account set up atm). Want to buy the series to support and all but I don’t trust that it’s offering me pounds in one app and not the other…

I really want to buy this but I’m in the uk and scared off by the lack of currency options in weverse shop . I can’t be bothered with setting up a PayPal account / don’t really trust it. When I go to the actual weverse app (not the weverse shop app) it offers the option of buying the paid content on there in pounds as an in app purchase and I’ve got my card all set up on my phone so can do that easily- anyone know if buying on the actual weverse app actually works (and in a currency other than the three on the weverse shop app in particular). I want to try but im not risking that amount of money when I can’t find any info on it

The most recent guest- nam yoon su- seems like an absolute sweetheart. I hope he gets more and more successes. I watched a drama he was in before watching this and I think his acting ability is pretty great too. Definitely going to have to keep an eye on things he’s in from now on so im glad I watched this episode!

Also, today's episode made me feel so sorry for the tenant that was caught by the women during the night. I'm…
Seconded, I also really liked how the ML stood his ground against the women and told them the tenant wasn’t doing anything to harm them by having makeup on and wearing a dress, saying they can’t report them to the police. I hope we learn more about that tenant too

I left this on episode 3 lol should I finish or...?
Finish it? I dropped on the 4th episode for ages cause I got totally cringed out with the doctor weight loss clinic romance. But the main pairing, once they got together was so enjoyable to watch so personally I enjoyed the second half of the series way more than the first half. It was worth it for the second half for me.

Title Move to Heaven Spoiler
The way they handled things like the lgbtq community, disabilities, the elderly in communities, workplace exploitation, overseas adoption, and domestic abuse, was literally incredible and unexpected. Such a variety of societal issues shown in detail and through the repercussions as well as the individual stories was so beautifully done. I wasn’t expecting this at all when I got into the drama but was pleasantly surprised. As someone who doesn’t really cry this brought me incredibly close a few times.

Title Move to Heaven Spoiler
does this one have a happy ending?
I’d say so but it’s kind of hard to categorise. Um slight spoiler: It’s like a letting go of a loved ones death at the end so both sad and happy. The death happens at the start and the main character basically has rebuilt his life and processed his grief by the end. So sad but happy. The characters you get attached to through the series are all alive and moving on by the end- so happy ending in that respect

Ooh thank you for posting this. I was wondering if I was the only one thinking along these lines after that part.

HanSeo deserved better, sure from many POV he did bad things but in most he had no choice if he wanted to remain…
Honestly didn’t mind the romance but agreed with the rest. I felt like there was a slight karma in the fact that the “stupid” Han Seo was shown to be super smart and key in taking down his brother but it really made me sad how little he seemed to be mourned and the fact that he died in a seemingly avoidable scenario in the first place T_T

Title Vincenzo Spoiler
I really hope it was a plan. Jang Hanseo had the best character development in this show.
Personally think it has to be a plan cause he was bleeding out a lot and that shot was pretty well placed, it looks like it should be a relatively fatal shot unless they act quickly. It would make sense as a plan, like fake Vincenzo’s death to escape Interpol for a bit and also to fool Hanseok into making moves again. I guess a bulletproof vest and a blood bag (would fit easily under the bulky hockey get up Vincenzo had on). Also we didn’t get to see the entirety of their call before the hockey meet up so pretty much certain they planned things during that call.

As someone who is autistic I’m excited but nervous so many times people bring out autistic characters but are…
Same... am a little worried but interested. Especially since they use the term “aspergers” in the summary- I could be wrong but I’ve heard that’s a bit of a controversial term for some people. But then that could be down to translation.
