here's what i pick up from their interview related to their character dynamics:

zyz x zyc - from being just a sworn enemy and and another person u feel guilty of, to understanding each other, to good friends. a mix of rivalry and friendship
zyz x wx - wx depended on zyz when she was young, she had a crush on this great demon gege and zyz cared for as a sister. when this person came back, she always trusted him. zyz was eventually moved by wx, yet he feels unworthy as he is her master's murderer. what makes wx so special is that she is the reason he gained the will to live.
wx x zyc -they grew up together and has been close for 8 years. their bondis compared to as being childhood sweethearts
wx x psj - wx admires psj as the latter exudes this courageous and male spirit which is rare during their era.
zyz x bj - bj admires him, thus he always clings to zyz. zyz did not understand it but when he got to know why hearing the sound of bells is important for the young one, he soon cared for him as younger brother and developed a special bond. he stood up as this older brother figure, mirroring and applying how his older brother cared for him too.
bj x yinglei - bj sees him as another brother figure, although they bicker a lot but they have this solid base in their friendship. as they have a close psychological age, they were able to form a good friendship easily

i just love it when the our main actors say what the team meant for their roles, "a home", "a family they never had" "a warm and cheerful place" "a place where he feels appreciated" i trust all the heartbreak in ep 17 will be overcomed

she's exposing her ALKFJAFHALHA cdl is indeed whipped for her

so i just watched the interview with cdl and hmh and apparetly wx has long suspected bai jiu. that's why i always felt like wx does not fully associate herself with bai jiu and it feels like there's some distance. because if i were to think about her character, i think she'll definitely show up more as a jiejie figure for the youngest member just like how she takes care of xiao zhuo

lmao that's the first time i heard someone feel that way with their relationship when the first thing they did when they were introduced in the pilot episode was flirt AKJFHLFHFAFLFJ i do agree the bromance ships are romancing hard

i cant even focus properly when i watch him because my mind keeps on chanting "HE'S SO HAWT, HE'S SO SEXY, HE'S SO HAWT"

his character isnt even that meant to be that good in communication . when the tangled thought and feelings are expressed, they become a messy tune and words pierced through like knives do. i get the tough love words of wisdom people do, but yep i do agree he delivered it harshly. ugh can the eps just come faster already because i want to see how theyll make up

what's wrong with her is being so unresponsive during the fight scene in ep17. how can they just leave the fl on the floor like that TvT i agree with her being emotionally intelligent as the strongest point of her character. when it comes to her dialogues with other character, we get to understand them better just like how she can empathize with them. istg i love her one-on-one talks with zyz, the simplicity in their mere conversations brings out the best chemistry between them

putting on that headband was peak romance. literally tingled every muscle in my heart ASDSHFSLJSHSLGHLA

zyz prolly feels undeserving anymore because now everyone saw him in his darkest times AAGJHLJSJGSJGSG and now they torture us with this two day break

what comforting words are we refering to? i didnt mention one. again i interpret those words he said he wouldnt feel pity for him was actually a reminder for himself that he SHOULD NOT FEEL PITY FOR HIM because he already very conflicted and his eagerness to kill zyz has already long wavered. they pretty much highlight how everyone is living with contradiction, being pulled apart by decisions and wavering beliefs. people like it to simplify things, it's either to hate or love, to fight or forgive. this is my own understanding of zyc true intentions behind those words.

also he's asking for accountability, although obv that wouldnt change that much either coz death is irreversable, he wants zyz to fight li lun because their conflict resulted in the baize token's destruction and yinglei's grandpas sacrifice. he shouldnt just die with sm mess left around. perhaps that's his way to let zyz continue, giving him more time, giving everyone more time to process.

we only see them subdue demons and seal them, aside from that there's nothing. i totally get it now why they need a powerful demon partner lmao because theyre easily killed off

an actor who can deeply understand his character can embody it as if they were their another selves. neo did so good in those heavy scenes ugh im crying

i doubt that li lun has the capacity to possess co-demon who is more powerful. it was really just bad timing. yuanzhou prolly does go on a yearly killing spree that's why he's so infamous. also those 8 year = 8 scars must be those
