The film only had 180,000 viewers at the time it was released. But in a survey conducted in 2017, this film was chosen as Kim Joo Hyuk's most memorable work.
I am still mad ! Why did the best episode (Epi 8 ) get low ratings why ?!!! Ep 7 preview and Ep 7 itself made…
There were 3 hot topics on theqoo after episode 8 aired (1 about how good Kim Seonho's acting in romcom, 1 about the ending, 1 about the porridge scene) and almost all of them said how much fun episode 8 was (total comments around 900). In the same time slot as Homcha, My Little Old Boy also experienced a decrease in rating around 4% (14.6% --> 10.3%). I really hope it was because of the Chuseok holidays and Shim Soo Bong's concert. I hope the rating goes up for the next episode.
The character relationship chart is so weird๐ Their is no love line at all among any of the main characters…
The Smile Has Left Your Eyes, one of the director's previous work, have similar relationship chart where the main leads didn't have any love line in the relationship chart. But since Homcha is supposed to be a healing drama, I really can't imagine if these two will have similar ending.
Drama synopsis on asianwiki : "Koo Kyung-Yi tries to catch a serial killer, who is a female university student". So the serial killer is Kim Hye Joon? She really nailed her role as villain in Kingdom. Can't wait!
I hope this drama is not too makjang-ish, but more focused on the thriller-mystery-investigation side. High Class is rumoured to be airing after YAMS and I'm 90% sure it will be a makjang drama. I just can't imagine in September (at least until September 23) there will be two makjang dramas, 4 days in a row (Mon-Thu). But I do hope the best for this drama since I love all of the casts!
also confirmed, Kim Seon Ho will appear in three movies ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ
