This series just gets better and better. I'm literally looking forward to every Tuesday and Thursday for the next ep.
Ep. 11 was so sad. My heart really went out to Daon. He does not owe any of those so-called "friends" any type of explanation. Shoutout to Namgung. He's actually the best supporting character ever. I do wish he would have told Sohee off, but I think his subtle scolding was actually more effective.
The confrontation between Taekyung and Daon at the end hurt so bad. I'm also a bit conflicted because I see where they're both coming from. Taekyung is blessed with the freedom that comes with literally not caring what anyone thinks, specifically those he doesn't know or like. But Daon on the other hand cares SO much about what everyone thinks. We know he definitely cares about Taekyung but there's obviously too much of a reputation he has to keep up that that's all he was able to think about and in the end, they both hurt each other.
Also, my heart absolutely broke when Shinwoo hugged Taekyung as he was crying. Having the chance to finally hold the person you have feelings for, but they're crying over someone else??? I hate it here.
I'm still thinking/hoping we'll get the classic time jump in the next episode or two because from the opening of the series it seems like everyone is on better terms and unless they extend the length of the next few episodes, it may feel too rushed.
I am LOVING this series so far. Based on this past episode, I feel like the tears and heartache are coming and I'm very happy we still have 8 more episodes. I love Daon's character. I hope we get to explore his background (and the other characters' backgrounds) a little more. With that said, manifesting Taek-Woo endgame lol
I am absolutely LOVING this so far. I'm hoping it continues strong, but it has the potential to be one of my favorite K-BLs. This love trianle between Taekyung, Shinwoo, and Daon? I'm all about it. The chemistry between not just them, but the entire cast is so good. Can't wait to see how this series progresses.
I quite enjoyed this one! Both main couples have great chemistry. I'm a little bummed that Jimmy/Tommy's characters didn't get the development they deserved due to covid, but their chemistry definitely saved whatever misgivings there were. Also loved the relationship between Tutor and Fighter, despite the unrelentless push and pull for the first few episodes. I would love to see Zee and Saint in another series together.
I was so excited for this one when it was first announced. Production and costuming? The visuals of Euisoo, Insoo, and Sejin? Unmatched. But the story fell a little flat. I think mostly due to the short run-times of each episode. I feel like it was shorter than the other K-BLs we've had, which is a shame because I feel like the three leads acted their butts off. Even then, however, I didn't feel the emotional connection that I was hoping to. With that said, I did enjoy it overall. Not my favorite of the K-BLs, but it wasn't bad. Hopefully we get more historical K-BLs in the future.
I'm really enjoying this story so far. The plot itself is a little eh (nothing we haven't really seen before), but PhuPond's chemistry is so cute, as is the chemistry between Neo and Louis, and the show itself is actually funny. I love how everything is shot too, it looks so cinematic. And how can I not mention Mix? He's such a small part of the show, but every scene he's in, he completely owns.
I'm looking forward to seeing how this one plays out.
Wait why has Viki not added this to their streaming site yet? They’ve been cornering the market in Korean BLs and now all of sudden they’re not airing this one?
I loved the first episode! Very cute and PhuPond have nice chemistry. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one progresses. Here's hoping it stays strong.
I see a lot of people asking for another season. As long as I absolutely love this series, their chemistry and…
I agree, a special episode would be great since there was a special novel lol. IF they were to give us a second season, I would want it in the vain of Still 2gether where it's more domestic issues rather than trying to break up the characters and seeing how they get back together. But I agree, a special episode would be preferred.
Like we were stressed out for 10 episodes trying to figure out if Tian and Phu would get together, I don't need to relive that in another season lol
Without giving away any spoilers...I would say no, it's not like that at all! Since you don't want any spoilers,…
This was the first Thai BL I followed as it aired and I am so glad I did. In my opinion, it gets better as it progresses. Like as good as the first episode is, in my opinion, it's one of the weaker ones when comparing to the entirety of the series.

End of mindless rant. lol
