Gao tells Second FL that Li Xun and Zhu Yun have been together for 3 years. he means by that that they have been in a relationship for 3 years? have they lived together for 3 years? also it looks like they sleep together every day according to Zhu Yun when she leaves because he tells her that she can't sleep here. We suppose that they slept ( OMG ) together for 3 years ??
