i was thinking the same. action that usually gives a chilling feeling. + in the opening credits some of the clips suggests that the brother is not good. probably will compete for the inheritance

ngl I skimmed this drama it dragged on a bit for me though I did enjoy the cast. I agree lots of unnecessary angst and drama

ikr it took 38 episodes for him to pull his head out of his ass after she did everything. and it was obviously mutual

XZL has played so many douches in dramas that i can't not automatically hate his character based on the premise alone i can already predict what will happen

i think they've been releasing some of the cut scenes of weibo (i saw on twt) but i just realised - that whole couples championship that they were building up to for several episodes got cut! theres just the six months later tag when it starts

they just had to sneak that in there. 5 years ago fine that was set up from the beginning. but in the final episode suddenly they also met as kids hahahaahaha

considering how long ago this was filmed i assume the abrupt ending might be because of the drama episode limit but those last couple episodes were rushed af.
They should have either kept their relationship ambiguous and not tried to put in romance - but reduce the number of episodes to 30 tops
or they should have focused on that more and progressed it more evenly throughout the drama so it makes sense

i'm ngl after "park chango saranghanda!!" i was rooting for gong jihoon hahahaha
