Knowing beforehand that Allen Ren doesnt do kissing scenes i was expecting already to not see one. It was a bonus when shiyi kissed him inside the car and he responded(which they didnt show on the episode but you can watch the behind the scene). Why would the they choose him to star on this drama when in fact basing on the novel it has lots of skinship..it just shows that the director or writer or whomever picked him because they knew that he can deliver it even without or with minimal skinship. Anyways why cant we adore his little ways and acts showing his love for shiyi.
One thing that made me sad was they omitted the scene in germany where shiyi should have showed her tea making to mei xing and ZSC which i was anticipating after reading the novel and waiting for this exceptional drama.

Well said. Me too. If they dont want to continue just because there's not enough kissing scene then they're missing out. I adorably prefer this kinds of dramas over those cutesy and shallow ones. Those small gestures and acts touches your heart.😍😍😍i want ZSC in my life 😅😅..
