Title The Law Cafe
I think LSG just wanted to make a time pass drama, without brains or just for cliche comedy, nothing feels natural…
Kim Yuri is written to be an over the top character and I believe Seyoung has been flawless as Yuri. The entire cast has been great. The drama has its flaws, but acting is not one of it.

Mmmm same I also felt that LSG 's acting looked kind of forced ....I m not feeling the chemistry here.
Their chemistry builds up with each episode and evolves into romantic chemistry when they both confess to eachother. I don’t know what episode you’re on, but as at Ep 12, I’d say it’s insane chemistry.

LSG has been very fantastic here. I know a lot of people struggled seeing him go from Mouse or Vagabond to this, but he keeps nailing every episode and you can see his sincerity and immersion as an actor playing Kim Jungho.

My opinion is that it had good first half, there was comedy, romance, some everyday social issues and how to look…
I really enjoyed the last two episodes and didn’t think of them as fillers. The shaman episode was a filler, but was great comic relief for me.

Possibly, maybe come back to it some other time. It gets more interesting after the leads get together.

Many may tell that accident scene is illogical but it tells a part of the story aboutLee pyun woong mindset when…
I don’t think it’s about it being illogical, but more about how it was executed. They were just standing as if they were waiting for a car to hit them. To their defence, it’s a zebra crossing and the driver should have stopped. So yeah, I guess there was nothing Illogical about the scene 😂

Yes, I forgot to add that.

i think the car crash and all the stuff from now on will be interconnected with Dohan
Yeahhh, they most likely have a hand in it. Perhaps, it’s to send a warning to Yuri.

ok...someone tell me how can jungho deceive yuri for 17 years, I mean in their high school she obviously knew…
She thought Jungho’s father handled the case the way he did because he had no choice, but turns out he did it to protect his father-in-law.

She’s only now realising that Jungho knew this fact all along and hid it from her. She thought that given their level of closeness, he ought to have told her when he discovered that fact and not withhold it from her, because she would eventually have forgiven him. What is even more annoying is all the years they wasted because he kept hiding from her because he was ashamed of his family.

I hope this explains it well.

I’m happy one of them got hit by the car. This trope of people gazing into eachother’s eyes in the middle of a zebra crossing has to die.

Sorry, my Yuriyahhh; you got hit, so Jungho can baby you 🥺

Please I need them to give us some intense romantic scenes as he takes care of her 🫠🫠

I enjoyed today’s episode and I know it might not have been everyone’s cup of tea, because it felt like a filler episode that wasn’t exactly moving the plot, but it did help bring Yuri & Jungho together.

From the preview we have for tomorrow, I know we would see some major progress with Jungho & Yuri’s loveline. However, I’m a little concerned with what the last 6 episodes would look like - how are they going to take down Dohan construction, are we going to have another subplot that ties with the main plot without each episode coming off as a filler?

Just finished episode 9 of TLC and I can now say this drama is first comedy before anything else.

If you’re familiar with the previous works of many of the cast, it’s obvious, they chose TLC to flex their range for comedy and have a nice time on set - both Seyoung & Seunggi are reuniting with at least 4 people in this drama, Seyoung alone has 7 that I’m familiar with including 3 court ladies from The Red Sleeve.

Asides, the legal cases, please don’t take this drama too seriously, it is purely a fun watch 🤣🤣🤣

The law part falls extreme short in comparison to many ongoing law based kdrama. The romance is cute...but am struggling…
Fortunately, so far, this is one of those dramas that get better with each episode. The law in this drama is for ordinary people that’s why the cases aren’t too serious, but issues an average person on the street would encounter, and most importantly, the cases are resolved before they get to court, that’s why we don’t have court scenes.
