There's almost nothing gay about it, other than some very familiar tropes regarding what happens to gay people…
The fact that Yohan is gay was established by the end of the very first episode. Was it explicitly stated? No. But this show relies on subtlety, and that restraint is exactly what makes it a masterpiece. Many queer people have lived through "friendships" just like this one, fueled by the fear of the unknown, where clinging to the beautiful possibility of a connection feels much safer than facing a definitive rejection. You can argue that the studio toned it down because of his idol status, and maybe they did. But when the final product is this profound, does it really matter? The ambiguity doesn't weaken the story; it makes it real.
don't listen to anyone, trust me just watch it. it is one of the best queer media I've seen in a long time. the rating is low due to the homophobes and the ones who were hoping for a kiss.
does anyone know the piano piece played in the 5th ep ? exactly played in the minute 17 or the ending of the smoking room only scene. I shamzamed and it didn't recognize it😭 and if its a new ost when will it be out?
