He really is annoying. I think the most annoying thing about him is constantly running to save the day for a bunch…
It's called professionalism.

Haha you should have just dropped if this drama was a wasted of time.
I was optimistic it would get better, and by Ep. 13, I was in too deep to just drop it.

Plus, if your a fan of this writer you know she's fond of surprise plot twist from some of her previous works. I was wondering if she would employ it here. But unfortunately, she went the traditional Kdrama formulaic route, pretty disappointing needless to say.

She should have left her male lead as a geeky charming guy who was faced with a condescending and wealthy ji pyung, I would have rooted for him as an underdog. But instead the writer took away all of the male leads geeky and sweet charm and replaced it with this calculating, semi-manipulative, and cocky fella. It's not surprising that it seems a lot of people fell for the second lead instead.

It's not rocket science, don't make your male lead unlikeable and your drama won't have second lead syndrome, unless this is the writer's intention, then I guess she achieved it?

Kind of felt cheated here. after reading good reviews, and the positive comments here, I was expecting an enjoyable watch. Being a fan of the writer, I was expecting good things. I wasn't expecting masterpiece level, but at least an enjoyable romcom. What I got instead is a soggy love story, a paper thin plot, and laughable character development.

Overall, the show failed to match the expectations of this particular writer. I currently belong to a tech startup right now, and her portrayal of the industry is downright laughable if not borderline insulting. Her constant use of han ji pyung as a volunteer firefighter that spends his whole time putting out fires, only to be replaced by sprinkler systems in the end is such pedantic writing.

The boring cliched love story of the male and female lead bored me to death with how predictable it was. The unnecessary love triangle that nobody wanted just kept going and going and going. And this is the first time i've seen an actual MENSA type genius being so sociable and suave, the writer literally made a perfect male lead and barely gave him any weaknesses, such boring writing for the modern times, when there are so many well written shows.

I felt there were a few saving graces in the show, but the main couple wasn't it.

If you're a fan of the cast, or like cliched love story with attractive actors/actress, than this may be the one for you. But if your looking for a great show, there are a whole bunch of Cdrama, and other Kdrama that are better than this.

Avoid this show, unless you like wasting time.
