I disagree. So far the volunteer subbing was, in most cases, done after the episode was released raw(without subs) for everyone and then the subbers get to work and complete it in a couple of hours. Sometimes there are a few series where the episodes are released with full subs ready.

Today I think there's just some issue from the viki side. Even the other new show "Love In Contract" was supposed to have an episode out today but similar to this Good Job episode it isn't out yet.

The site that most people watch this on (VIKI) didn't release the latest episode yet. Not sure what the reason is though. Ppl might be back once it's on.

Exactly. Wayyy too underrated. People are probably rating it low and dropping coz of the pacing in the first couple episodes. But they do not understand that is how we are now able to love this so much now!
