Cute show so far HOWEVER.. I am totally DISLIKING how they are portraying the FL when she was younger and in school. Major fat shaming and bullying here. I can't help but wonder what jobs / characters that little girl plays will harm her self-image and self-esteem. I just really hate those flashback scenes.

Well, then I became curious about his little daughter, Coco, and his story with her, so I watched certain parts with her in them. That led me to watching clips with only him in them - with lots of fwding and selective watching - because I think HIS chemistry is amazing! (🔥🤭) By episode 15, I'd become so wrapped up in just the clips that I decided to start from the beginning and watch the entire thing! And I am so glad I did! I *liked * the FL but didn't love her in this part. Idk if the chemistry between the two was off for me because she's almost 10 yrs older in real life or what, but in retrospect, Idk who I would choose to replace her with. I take these dramas wayyyy too seriously! When he came down those stairs as Xina's fiancée, (episode 17) I totally felt betrayed, and like I had been punched in the gut, Lol! And I normally only watch historical dramas!
The only thing i wanted was Lin Qiang and Zhang Xian He's reunion after the case was wrapped up and everything…
