not my favorite, the other two in the shared universe are good, rain in Espana and Safe Skies, Archer are better
You'll never run out of Cdramas if you start watching Chinese short dramas. The one uploaded in YouTube. I still have lots of Kdramas, Cdramas, and Jdramas on the list to watch because of these vertically filmed mini-series.
You can add Zhong Zheng here. Unfortunately, they don't add the lists of his short dramas here on DramaList. But he has a profile if you search for his name.
I hope he goes back. Some men are like fine wine, and it gets better with age. He should try again and go back. Might become like Gong Yoo and Lee Dong Wook.
one of my earliest kdrama was W, at that time I didn't even know who LJS or HHJ was, so I watched it with no pre-conception…
I've watched his other series long ago before W: Two Worlds was released. He's quite good in Pinocchio, Doctor Stranger, I Hear Your Voice, and While You Were Sleeping. The only problem is I stopped watching him in 2018 since the drama trailers and the plot of the stories lately didn't give me excitement. I feel like they'll only drag the story compared to his previous roles that had a climax and interesting scenes where he could use his visuals for certain emotions needed for the story. Probably, if he makes another fantasy drama, maybe he could create a good show knowing that Shin Min Ah is a good mentor to her juniors. They'll be having a lot of fun while filming the series. The problem is if the director, script writers, and CGI creators are bad at doing their jobs. They have to immerse themselves in the character in order to fit the role.
There are missing actors like Dai Gao Zheng, Zhang Li Ren, Zuo Ming, Wang Zi Lin, and Shao Zhi Peng (NO Page though). These people are godly handsomes.
Why don't you watch that episode? And tell me how you feel about it. Have you watched it? He really did cry. And he even said that the staffs know him and feel bad about him. Those words came out of his mouth. not mine. Do you want me to search that episode for you?
There are characters he can portray. I just watched this series, his character here is too boring for his usual roles. He used to act intense, dramatic, emotional, and a villain. IDK why he changed his acting style here, it is different than what I used to remember from his previous roles.
For me, the drama was just okay. Initially, I liked Luna when she was so indulged in her happy crush, her character…
To me, it's normal. I studied in a private school in Metro Manila, and I had several friends from different universities around the University Belt. Especially those who studied in San Beda, La Salle, Universidad de Santo Tomas and Ateneo de Manila, I constantly needed to speak in English with them, as most of them are children of some prominent people and foreign businessmen who married Filipinos and own shares here in the Philippines. They understand Filipino, but most of them have a hard time blending with ordinary people due to their family status. Some of us were even raised and taught English as soon as we were born, then we learned the indigenous dialects through classmates and friends, then Tagalog through textbooks and school teachers. I also found out that Marco Gallo could speak Tagalog fluently, maybe the English dialogues that were given to Marco at that time were straight out of a Wattpad novel. Most Wattpad authors like their characters speaking in English, Filipino Wattpad readers find them hot. He has another series partnered with Julia Barretto, 'Di Na Muli', it was filmed earlier before he became famous in 'Rain in España', he was speaking fluent Tagalog in that drama. So I don't think his being an Italian is the problem. I think it's the choice of the script writer, Wattpad author, and director of the series.
If you had watched Autumn's Concerto Taiwanese drama, you will also have the same question since Ren Guang Xi represented Mu Chen about a rape case against her uncle while the rival in law school who hates Guang Xi so much represented the uncle of Mu Chen. I heard from someone else one time who studied in law school that students were given assignments to find a case that needed legal representation as part of a requirement to pass the course/subject. It was free, the client doesn't need to pay since there will be a judge inside a court within the law school.
I just read a spoiler from the novel, Yan Dan ended up falling in love with Yu Mo. I felt heartbroken, but the others said that the Director of the drama did justice this time to change the ending male main protagonist. So I hope it's Ying Yuan all the way. I'll trust the poster where Cheng Yi is the main lead. 😍😍

W: Two Worlds? I saw bitterness in him as he spoke.
