Its same for me. Watched two eps and fl didnt give me any satisfaction tbh. But so many people are hyping it up so I dont wanna drop it either, will try it later again. Also, I didnt find any chemistry between the fl and ml.. In first two episodes, there were hardly any romance scene to judge it yet but idk.. i couldn’t feel the tension at all like most of the viewers.

Thinking about how the first episode was soooo gooood, tbh better than the next 11 episodes combined, in my opinion. It could even stand out as a movie.. It had the similar vibe as Before Sunrise.
i am confused about something. The red dressed woman at the last episode.... was that situ ling's mother? When his father told him “you are just like your mother";, her flashback was shown. And the flashback was hundreds of years ago...So if she is his mother, Situ ling's age also should be that old, but it isn't. What am i missing? (sorry i couldn’t explain in better words what i am trying to say. Also It's my first xianxia drama)
i hope he gets know about their past life at the very last episode. I am currently enjoying segye's reactions to seori so much. He doesnt even know she is actually from joseon and still got adapted to her nature and behaviour. I just love them like that😭
